23 Minutes of Gray Zone Warfare Official Gameplay 

To me, this is what a modern day Ghost Recon game would be like if developed by Red Storm Entertainment, and not one of the Ubisoft studios who do Far Cry, AC, etc.

Is it just me, or are these tactical games all starting to look the same at first glance?

Where are the civilians? Would be much better with civilians

Beautiful graphics. Unfortunately it looks clunky. Animation, sounds, AI, mission design etc. are a far way off from impressive. Every time a military simulator is announced I want it to be great, but the target audience seems to be too small for a AAA budget.

After The Day Before, I watch every gameplay video of new games with gorgeous and breathtaking graphics with a pinch of salt in my eyes!!!!!

I know that real military operations are slow and methodical, but man, I was nodding off there. 😴

I was just reading the description about "information gathering and investigating discretely" when the characters in the video noticed someone in the bush and immediately starter shooting. Not my type of game to begin with, but looks bad even when I try to pretend I could be interested. The enemy AI is atrocious. They were just running out in the open the moment the players got in range. Looked like the map is divided in sections and each sections exists independently - you clear one section, no one else hears anything, you clear the next, and so on. The people playing were clearly pretending that the game is a lot more tactical than it is.

The gun sounds a little hollow. Like your shooting in a tiny room. Needs a little reverb. Especially in a valley like that. But otherwise looks pretty cool

First appearance of a Scalarworks mount in a video game? Interesting choice to use a Holosun clone of an Aimpoint instead of an Aimpoint.

The scale and the world looks fantastic that’s for sure. It looks like a genuine place

This looks actually badass. ***HAS*** to have perfect anti-cheat if they're going the multiplayer way of this. If it's only co-op though, AI has to be tuned in a good way. P.S. : The blood bag heal? Guhhh, that makes me SQUEAMISH.

I hope this turns out as good as it's advertised to be, these type of shooters really have my interest

Tell me when the game starts.

I remain skeptical of this game. While its cool that its got some neat features like advanced bullet ballistics, the actual gameplay seems pretty basic. The ai doesn't seem to be very intelligent or reactive. The audio in the game is super basic. No bullet pops or cracks, and no sound occlusion on the environment. Character animations are also still kinda basic aside from the healing animations. The urban environments are pretty detailed, but seem lifeless with no civilians present. Granted its pre alpha, but I've seen many pre alpha tactical games that never achieved their full potential (I.e Ground branch, zero hour, Onward, etc). Potential only gets a game so far, so we'll see where this game ends up.

Cool... But since o.f. dragon rising and red river I'm waiting for realistic tactical shooter on consoles, with proper gamepad support, not sure about this one, after arma reforger hoping arma 4 has full gamepad support.

Everyone saying it’s not fast paced enough. You all do realize that there isn’t other players playing the game other than the people in the squad. It might be different once everyone gets access. Everyone is so quick to jump to conclusion. It’s in alpha guys

In just the first minute they already broke tactical realism. Whenever you’re securing an LZ you would have outboard security. Not have your entire element facing inboard where the bird is going to land. Also there is no dispersion in their movement. They walk in a straight line rather than being spread out in an organized formation

So basically 23 minutes of walking in a forest/jungle with no dialog, no action, no story, no context, no sign of a legitimate AI, and guns that look like they are smaller than ants. Got it.

guns are looking like toys and the gun sounds are pretty bad, have the feeling the game is gonna flop hard :/

Not ready for release. Looks rough. Needs another year at least.

Yeah, this is what it looks like when a game is developed by a studio that knows what they're doing. Good. Finally. I'm stoked for this game.
