Education is the key to solve any problem. Public is not educated that's why we use to see many problems in our surroundings such as people spit gutkha in the basin,they don't use railway dustbin for garbage. They don't even read the instructions whatever is written over the dustbin. Two type of dustbin railway has provided to use that are green and blue one. Public don't use correctly. Why?? Lack of education awareness. If we give world class facilities to those who illiterate, these things would meaningless actually. There is High need to work on education sector.. educate people not to achieve some short of government job instead atleast people aware about their basic rights, they can use resources judicially etc.
