Really outdone yourself! Love this layout. Feels like a home. If a basement was added, the closet under the stairs going up would be the stairs going down.

You got me first thing with the porch swing and rocking chairs. YESSSS!!! Just needs a handrail for the stairs and an oval or round table in the eat-in kitchen and SOLD! Absolutely love ❤️ this house. 😊

Bardzo mi się podoba! W projekcie uwzględniasz potrzeby domowników, dbasz o to, żeby czuli się komfortowo. Mnie szczególnie podoba się to, że przy wejsciu umieściłeś miejsce do siedzenia i szafę - wchodząc do budynku, mam gdzie powiesić płaszcz, schować buty, mogę też usiąść przy zdejmowaniu butów lub ich wkładaniu. Mało kto o tym mysli - wchodzi się wprost do pokoju i nie ma gdzie odłożyć torby, parasola, powiesić płaszcza. Twoj projekt jest przemyślany i dbaszo wygodę mieszkańców - inni tego nie robią.

This is a splendid home. I think the pie-shaped stairs could be a trip/fall hazard but an easy fix and a small gripe for an otherwise functional and homey space. One of my immediate favourites to be sure. Move in ready (aka: I’m ready to move in)! Very nice job!

I agree about the stairs. I also noted the lack of a railing for the stairs. But it is a great house!

You should definitely provide house plans for this, because a lot of people would like to build and have a home like this one. It is a real winner in terms of both looks and maximization of space-usage while featuring all necessary functions individually (particularly in comparison to those 1st open floors with all functions packed at once like a furniture show room)

This is a very nice tiny house, I like the laundry room, and downstairs bedroom, and bath, I'm a single, retired man and stairs are my nemesis, so I would use the upstairs bedroom for guests.

Living room take out the white looking standing shelve replace it with a TV stand. Bottom bedroom turn that into an office. Kitchen take out the door turn it into a window and change the green color to white. Laundry room take out the sink use the whole counter for folding clothes. Top bedroom take out the small window next to the night stand and move all the paintings that above the bed over to that wall. Top bathroom change the tub to a walk-in shower.

This pretty much checks all the boxes! I might rearrange the downstairs bathroom so that the bedroom could also have direct access. I'd have an entertainment center instead of a fireplace, and I'd use some of the laundry area for pantry storage. And I'd take the upstairs suite as my own.

Love the layout! Only two things I would change would be an open stairway/railing, and in the kitchen I'd paint the wall cabinets to match and swap out the glass for punched copper. Great little house!
