Thankyou for explaining Etsys policies so hope you don't get any more 'colorful' emails! So much work involved in making, shipping, packaging! I was wondering how long it takes soaps to set up? They layer so beautifully, & don't blend together! Very artistic on the tops of the containers!🤗❤

@@lesare6509 in general by the time I have the next batter ready to pour, the soap has set up enough to pour on top. It’s still soft so you’ll see me pour onto a spoon so it doesn’t punch through the bottom layer. I also know which layers I have to beat a little extra so it’ll set up fast. Whites are difficult because they don’t set up as fast. After soaps are made they will sit on a drying rack to cure for a minimum of 4 weeks ☺️

I figured out ahead of time which soaps I wanted. I quickly added them to my cart and immediately checked out. No problems on my end. I loved your Thank You on the box flap! The box smelled heavenly when I opened it! I gifted 4 of the 5 soaps to my daughter and granddaughters. Thank you so much!

Your attention to detail, your unwillingness to lower your standards, your clean work area, your branding and packaging, your dedication to combining shipments/handling refunds/communicating details with Etsy, your determination to support your community via shows plus dealing with Etsy ... it's no surprise your soap business is thriving. I would also claim it was a 23 minute sellout. Anyone that blames you for Etsy's policies apparently doesn't understand that you do not own Etsy ... yet! You've said it before but I think the best strategy is to watch the videos so you get to see the types of soap and then go to the reviews section of etsy and you can read more about the specifics. Then just have your list ready to go and when you open up just add to cart and checkout quickly (I have my payment info saved already). You don't really have time for browsing so you have to do that ahead of time. I am wondering which soap is your top seller at the moment? Sorry some people gave you a hard time 😔

I can’t wait til the next sale. Have you looked into comment sold app? I know they allow carts to be held for specified time period that you would designate. Just a thought. I set alarm in my calendar so I don’t forget. I purchase your soap because it’s amazing first off and the technique and cleanliness of the process you use. Im a little on the germaphobe side. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️. I have always wanted to try goat soap and until I found you wouldn’t purchase because of concerns with the cleanliness of the process. Hi Sean, yes I had my soap taken out of my shopping cart while I was trying to get other soaps. Very frustrating indeed. I guess I will try again to get the honey and oat soap. My husband is enjoying the charcoal one I was able to get last time.

Oh no!! Now I understand. I would do a bar at a time next time. Crazy! I ended up with a couple of orders because I saw "only 5 left pay soon" with a couple in my cart and couple more to go but REALLY didn't want to lose that one fragrance. I wish you much luck.
