We need SU 57, the new variant tailor made for india at any cost !! Pakistani pilots are already training on J-31 5th Gen fighter jets in China. Even China has two 5th Gen fighters of their own. It's High time to procure, It's very sad that govt is delaying in taking decisions which are need of the hour.
Same thing I am talking about in comment section since 2018 because I knew that Tejas Mka1 + Mk2 AMCA + MRCA will not going to complete until 2035 & for AMCA it's service induction might not start until 2040/42 going by the HAL/ADE historical track record + development complexity based stretch timelines so IAF right now facing the burnt of lackadaisical policy of indecisiveness which will ultimately has catastrophic effect on national security and sovereignty.
How is su57 an option when it's already facing difficulty to be delivered to Russia itself? F35 not possible, su75 on paper like AMCA. It's just not possible for India to own 5th gen from any countries, AMCA is sadly the only option and yes time doesn't wait.
@@lordzroger951 They will ramp up the production. Russia needs money more than anything. To mitigate the risk, we can buy 2 Squadrons of F35 immediately. However Su57 new version offered for India will be a better choice till we make our own . AMCA will take years to mass produce, till then few countries will already have 6th Gen. So, we can skip Tejas MK1 and 2 and directly work on 6th Gen in collab with UK or France.
@@lordzroger951 Keep yourself update with the latest updates on Su57 as Russian has already overcome most of the technological glitches it was facing & grappling with the project the only prblm now Russian facing is the financial aid which Russian needs to mass produced the same. & streamline it's supply chain issues..

Indian government can do one thing, Russian su30 overhauling, if Russia send experts for overhauling not an issue or Indian supporting nations like Boeing, Lockheed and other aerojaints who can do overhaul of Indian Sukhoi su30 can be called or Indian can get advice from Russian technical team and with Indian private sectors can do overhauling of Su-30 fighter jets for combat readiness❤️🇮🇳
That's option is not possible, only f21,f15 are allowed to be sale to India. Su57 is also not an option in these coming decade because it's facing difficulty to be delivered to Russia itself so forget about it export on time, su75 doesn't exist and most of the investment would be from India if they want to collaborate to make it. So , in another word, India will never own 5th gen if they don't make their own that is the only option.

India is probably the only country which has a organisation as stupid as HAL. I dnt understand that how Modi government is tolerating the management of HAL. There is something called risk management. Feathers at HAL cap: 1) Tejas is delayed because GE is delaying the supply. Fact is that even if engines would have supplied by GE, HAL would not have delivered the jets because there are 10 other serious issues still remained unsolved like Radar issue, Flight control and display related issue. 2) HAL which is run by senior bureaucrats failed to mitigate that how they will move ahead if anything happens to Indo-US relationship. 3) Till date HAL cannot produce all the parts of SU 30 mki components. One thing is that under licence you cannot do reverse engineering and another thing is to learn how to reverse engineer the components so that if in future supply gets stuck because of any reasons then at least we can manufacture the components inhouse. HAL kept sitting like lame duck. Never ever thought of reverse engineering. At least by reverse engineering could have helped in developing something else for some other weapon systems. 4) Our helicopters too don't have indigenous parts. More than 50% of it's components are from foreign OEMs
