It seems reasonable to assume from this that a queen w/o compensation is worth 1000 ELO points. Sacrificing with minor piece compensation is then 700 points. So Hikaru with a 900 ELO advantage (3200-2300) would then have 200 ELO advantage which is a 76% win rate.

But I wanted to share this ridiculous game I played against a 1200 bot where I managed to as you put it, put the enemy Queen, Rook, bishop and pawns in eternal jail with my queen, bishop and some pawns. Hikaru is getting old forgets how en pessant works then can't remember if he moved his king or not. Repeat exposure to the bongcloud causes some form of chess dementia. All jokes aside I don't know how the fuck he beats players that rating without queens just an absolute legend and does it whilst streaming. I started streaming and trust it is very hard to play and be entertaining to chat etc so yeah Hikaru is a monster at chess
