there's no other boss like jay in the industry. even though he left the company, he still shares the big stage with the h1ghr boys and only did one solo performance. this is why the artists that have been under him respect and love him so much. i still wish people could recognize how selfless he's been his whole career, he doesn't get enough credit for it. he has so much to change other peoples lives and give them opportunities when no one else did, and that is something that people can’t repay him for. much respect for the forever boss
