23rd Neighborhood Board Retreat 

Our 23rd Neighborhood Board Retreat in March was a great success! This year, we introduced World Café sessions to tap into the collective wisdom of our participants. We focused on three key areas: Community Engagement, Neighborhood Branding, and Community Safety.
Nichelle Willson, our Neighborhood & Community Partnerships Manager who worked hard on the NBR, shared her thoughts: “At the Neighborhood Board Retreat, city staff, community partners, and neighborhood leaders experienced firsthand the transformative power of leveraging collective wisdom, creativity, and enthusiasm to ignite positive change.
