7:24 Fun Fact: this screen was not meant to be scary. Due to a translation error, the audio sounds A-LOT more sinister then it was originally supposed to. In the Japanese version, the audio is different which drastically changes the whole easteregg.

The sonic screen says “fun is infinite” and in the Japanese version of the game then it will sound almost like party music! Very interesting that in English it is way more creepy. But still cool to see.

the reason it sounds like that in japan is because its just the robotnik theme playing, and in japan the theme is bright and happy while in america it sounds dark and sinister (no clue if you knew that or not)

The Sonic CD secret isn't supposed to be scary It's just a joke by one of the game devs, who put his face on Sonic, and his nickname is Majin The music used is the boss theme, which in the Japanese version fits the picture, but in the american version, sounds like a game over theme

Fact: The Sonic CD creepy secret screen is actually a anti-piracy screen, with the fact that it is creepy because of the US Version Soundtrack being notoriously darker and less silly than the JPN and EU, the track used for it is the final boss music, really creepy when paired with a really disturbing image, if you have the American release, with the Japanese and European ones being sillier.

little fun fact about that ultrakill secret: in act 2,level 3-4,´´shot in the dark´´,(a dark level,which has you wandering in the dark with a torch,lighting fires to progress) if you had played 0-S before(0-S is the thing you mentioned),and you did the level without the torch,once you reached a certain portion of the area,the music would stop and you would hear SWs (something wicked) ghostly whisper,followed by the text ´´something wicked this way comes´´ (the whisper and text show up in 0-S after you pick up the skull),which is then followed by ´´just kidding ;)´´ and the music resumes.

I had no idea that Nintendo devs had it in them to hide "F@%# You" in something as friendly as the Splatoon franchise (Apart from the lore of Humanity getting wiped out and replaced by sea life.) I don't know if this counts as an easter egg because you don't necessarily activate it in a specific way, but I feel like the FNaF 2 "Death Minigames" should've been mentioned. It's terrifying because you're recovering from a heart attack and all of the sudden, a loud noise and red static interrupts your hyperventilating and you're thrown into an even more eerie 8-bit situation that ultimately ends with another jump scare. Not to mention that each minigame is littered with dead bodies.

7:30 this is the secret level for the prelude, with one enemy known as 'something wicked'. You cant kill it, it teleports away when you hit it. The terminal at the end is lore, meant to be words of god, as in the ultrakill universe, god left.

7:26 the message says "Fun is infinite as Sega Enterprises! -Madzin" and the scary face is supposed to be one of the devs. One of the devs did say that it was not supposed to be scary at all but didn't know that it would freak kids out.

In truth, it's all been solved. "Fun is Infinite" was an old Sega tagline in japan (apparently) "Majin" isn't the devil, like we thought. Majin just happens to also be the childhood nickname of Masato Nishimura, who was the landscape developer for Sonic CD. The music is an unfortunate case of the game calling the Boss battle music for the screen, which the US changed every song (for some reason), giving it it's creepy/disturbing vibes.

There's any Easter eggs in Pizza Tower which no one wants to find and if you stay in the menu for a minute or so the main character of the game Peppino will jump scare you but for this to work you have to not touch anything before playing the game
