On average, it takes around four to five days for an egg to hatch, with the majority of eggs hatching within seven days. Players must stay within 128 blocks of the turtle eggs, or else the eggs will not progress towards hatching. Turtle eggs will only hatch at night also make a pigman farm

Feed the snow foxes sweet berries or glow berries for them to make a baby. Feed it berries until its adult (if it stays a baby it will fear u) after its adult u gain it's trust and itll attack some mobs that hurt u ^^ Edit: u have to keep it on a leash tho

i would recommend building a better storage and to get emeralds just breed more villagers and get a zombie and make an average iron farm and you can get multiple toolsmith villagers and level it up to Apprentice and you are guaranteed to get the iron trade were you trade 4 irons for 1 emerald
