@@theendlesstravellers I would recommend Shishtavec is known for shtegu i Ngjyrave, Borje is the village I was born. We are known as the minority of Bulgaria/North Macedonia, very interesting. People are nice and friendly and we have very different traditions. You will enjoy it. 😊🤗
Oooo that is such a tough question! We loved both, but we might have to agree with Berat. It was our first stop and just such a unique place and a bit less touristy than Gjirokaster. Why do you prefer Berat?
How preposterous these tourists are to claim themselves "explorers" whilst just walking through a town... I would call people that went to the Arktis, the Antarktis, the dark heart of Africa or Tibet "explorers".
We definitely don't claim to be explorers. We love discovering new places and new cultures, but they might only be new to us. Have you been to Albania before?
