24 Hours in Huacachina, Peru: Insane Dune Buggy Ride! 🇵🇪

Believe it or not, Peru has an incredible desert oasis with towering dunes that stretch far for miles. This place is called Huacachina! We were super excited to hit the dunes, but we first decided to enjoy two free tours offered by our chosen Peru bus company. After making some delicious Peruvian tejas and indulging in a fine Peruvian pisco tasting over in the city of Ica, we headed back to Huacachina for some sandy fun. The Huacachina dune buggies felt like wild rollercoasters, except you had no idea where you were going next. We would ride them every day, if we could! 🇵🇪

Wow, what a fun long day you had. I love all the things you did, my favorite is meeting people from all over the world. One of my favorite reasons to go to Yosemite, I’ll never travel out of the country. So watching y’all do it, is so fun for me. That candy looked so good, your discerption of it, omg sounds so good. Which is a speed of buggy? Is very back shaking? Was the yelling for fun or because of speed? I had a vertebrae fracture one year ago and I'm not sure if this ride is for me, but I'm also sad if I miss it😔

I brought my friends to M.P. and Arequipa, but I knew they couldnt leave without going to Huacachina. We rented a car, we passed through Paracas too and then... They had the best experience of the trip, this activity is a must when you go to Peru. Try it aroung 4pm, because it includes a stop to see the sunset, and also, the sun is less agressive, at noon it can literally make you feel dizzy.
