We enjoy just watching you be a mother. My babies are 51 and 52. My grand babies are in their 20's. I'm celebrating today because it's gray haired grumpy old lady day. I deserve the celebration. Time flies very quickly. God bless.

My son had the exact same issue. So his pediatrician decided to switch his formula to a thicker one (alimentum). The other decision was to him a pinch (your first two fingers) of cereal in his milk. That's something you can talk over with the pediatrician, even with you breastfeeding. It worked for me, I felt so guilty because over time he started to lose weight. Switching formula was a game changer.

You are incredible! I randomly found your channel one day and I have to say I admire your parenting. I just had a baby, and I thought my days were tough with one, I can’t imagine twins on top of two toddlers! You are inspiring. Also, I saw your video about your pink eye/eye problem when you were pregnant. When I was pregnant I developed styes, they stuck around for months and now I’m 5 weeks pp and they’re just now starting to go away. Apparently it’s from hormones!

How to fix reflux: 1. Feed nicholas sitting up and keep him upright for 20 mins after feed. You are letting him drink lying down. This causes immediate throwing up. Also you are not holding the bottle to his mouth so he inhales air and is reclining drinking. 2. Reflux babies need a THICK formula that can coat their tummy. Nich probably also has a dairy allergy which is why he cries alot. A formula enriched with thickeners such as pectin,corn starch such as novalac allernova or whatever brand america carries of thick formulas for reflux. 3. Dont shake bottle before so there is no air bubbles abd be sure to hold the bottle firmly in his mouth whole he drinks so no air enters. 4. Bicycle ,tummy massages counter clockwise and reflex points on feet-find on youtube,help release gas. 5. Very thick formula and feed him sitting upright.

Small word of advice … formula feed reflux baby … you make the formula thicker with one extra scoop. Bf other baby instead of pumping. He has heartburn it hurts. I had a baby exactly the same, so did my daughter.

Have you thought Nick may have CMPA and the reflux is a Symptom as 2 of my 3 children had reflux and CMPA You are a super mum and I don’t know how you do it with 4 under 4. I have a 7,5 and 3 Month and old and feel tired 🥱

You have a wonderful family and you are amazing mother! Have you considered visiting a chiropractor for your baby's reflux? I personally know many mom's who went trough the same thing, reflux and throwing up and the chiropractor made huge difference. Also I noticed you drink a lactation milk, watch out for Fenugreek, while it increases the milk supply it can cause colic in some babies- this i know from personal experience. I wish you all the best!

One of my babies had to take Prevacid to help with the reflux. He was hospitalized due to the reflux being so bad he couldn’t eat well.

maybe do some of the cutting up of veggies for supper the night before, when u r up with the twins- it would save time when have all 4 of them to look after in the late afternoon....

Hi Jen, you are doing a wonderful job ❤ I would recommend using hospital grade pump like spectra or medela symphony or sonata until your milk supply is established. Wearable pumps never empty you and might actually decrease your milk supply. Another tip would be to use haaka while nursing. You can catch up to 2 ounces at a time just from letdowns. ❤
