@@JashiiCorrin as soon as I get back home I will find the file document name I downloaded. I know it was the month of May in the 2024 series (that was the only one that was off, June started and ended where it should have).
@@colleendoyle9240 don't have a fold-over ruler to buy specifically, but I do have a grid-spacing calculator if that helps! 💜 jashii.com/products/grid-spacing-calculator
This was one of the rare bullet journal lists that I actually learned some new ideas. I love how creative you are, and I will be putting some of these to work! Thank you.
The low bar habit tracker is genius! This way, you can actually cross something off as 'done', and save yourself some bad conscience about not fulfilling your monthly goal because life got in the way. Brilliant and so helpful!
This is such perfect timing! Lately I’ve been doing the annual ritual of watching old yearly setups to get ideas for things to set up in my new bujo and I’m definitely using a few of these! I think the habit menu is my fave- I’m learning Korean and there are so many resources to keep track of and motivation is sometimes a struggle 😅
I’m also learning Korean!!!! SO MANY RESOURCES!! 😂 Yeah, I’ve been stuck on the same level on Duolingo for forever cause I’m just reviewing old stuff because lack of motivation tbh. It’s so hard when you don’t have someone keeping you accountable! I need like study buddies or something but no one irl is on this journey with me!
Honestly this was one of the most helpful, practical journal ideas videos I've ever seen. I love art but having a journal that is actually useful is important to me and I feel like most of these ideas fit that need way more than some other videos or lists. I'm excited to watch this again on a larger screen (rather than my phone!) So I can read everything properly. Thank you!! 🎉🎉
Makes List.... Flip Out Year At-A-Glance, Tip in Flip book, a pocket to put in the template & grid guide, & possibly thereflection cards. You nevever cease to blow my mind with these new layouts.
I don’t know if anyone caught it but “I’m a wizard” 🧙. Love all the ideas and definitely going to implement some of them in my new journal. You’re insanely talented and amazing 🤩. Keep rocking ❤!!
Prioritization matrix = mind blown! That is a genius idea. I'm so using that for yearly priority setting! And that flip-book layout is getting used before the new year. Man, I need that for December.
"I'm a wizard" lol. I put my Future Me Problems as a part of my Future Log labeled "and beyond..." I've also been using the habit high bar / low bar on getting to bed at a decent time and it's really helped. I also feel like a Contact Tracker would be very useful to me. Thanks for the ideas!
I've been doing a doodle for every single day for this whole year. And I just want to say that it is a great way to memory keep. Before you know it, you start to notice the small things that make your day. ❤
You are a goddess of BUJO. I bow to your genus and ingenuity. I have been trying to start my first BoJo starting April 1st. You are my inspiration. Christina 🦝
I'M A WIZARD!! I've been bullet journaling since 2017 and the last 2ish years I have done essentially the same thing in my journals without much switching up. After digging into some of your videos this month, I'm excited that I'll be starting a yearly collections journal as well, and I look forward to trying out new ideas! I just love all the unique - but useful - inspiration I gain from your channel!
I'm a wizard! 🙂 I've been enjoying all your new bullet journal ideas videos so much! So many great ideas! It's gonna make bullet journaling even more exciting for me than it already was.
The energy tracker is one that i think will help me the most. Making a schedule for myself has been so difficult because of my executive disfunction and fibromyalgia. It fluctuates so much that it feels like the stars have to align for me to have a good day 😂
The theme you went with for this video is gorgeous. I love that PET tape so much. :O Definitely grabbing a few of these ideas for my next journal, thank you for sharing this video! 💜 Oh also, I'm a wizard.
I’m a wizard!!! These are totally useful and I might incorporate some into my journal this year since my goal is simplicity and self-reflection in my goals.
This was a refreshing take on existing ideas and your black, white, red color scheme is downright beautiful. Thank you for posting as I’m always on the hunt for new bujo inspiration
I love the flip book layout idea. I use my bujo as mainly a task list for work and for recording important notes, so the flip book is a really great idea to track what I have to do day by day.
I’ve started using a bujo at work again. I used to spend so much time trying to make my pages beautiful, but I’m too much of a perfectionist, so I’m sticking to the basics for now.
Heck yeah for making it work 💪 I’ve sloooowly been letting go of my perfectionism (when it comes to my journal specifically) but I’m still quite particular about it 😝
Wow, This priority matrix totally changed my thoughts on my notebooks., It seems I would be happier in the one I did not think I would be happy in :D This is fun :D
The JashiiCorrin guarantee: you'll always find new, genius ideas in a BuJo ideas video! I mean the foldable grid spacing ruler... How do you even come up with that stuff?! 😮😍
I love how your ideas are both really creative AND useful! I want to start journaling as well but had no clue how to get started. Your video gave me some point of reference on where i might wamma go with this. Thank you very much!
I love so many of these. Do you ever / do you have plans to put these ideas as images online (other than on Instagram)? Like on a website or blog or something? I screenshot layouts I want to try, but I'd love to be able to reference images with a bit of your explanation. Any plans for that? Or are you already too overworked lol - I know you put so much effort into what you're already doing!
Glad you liked the ideas! 💜😄 The overwork is certainly real 😂 At this stage, the layouts get shared to Insta (eventually 😅) and while in ~theory~ I'm not opposed to having them somewhere else, I also know I'm not much of a writer 😝 someday maybe though 🤔
@@JashiiCorrin I would also love it if you posted pics of these [anywhere]! I love a lot of the ideas on here (and one of the mental health ones), but basically all I can tell is the format, unless you bring part of the page closer to the camera so I can read it. I'd be happy with like a dropbox link or something like that and all you need to say is the title of the page, with p1, p2, etc, longer descriptions wouldn't be needed. Plus you could put things in folders by month/year/beginning spreads/whatnot. Just a thought! I love a lot of your stuff, but I can have a hard time implementing some of it since I can't always read it. Keep up the awesome work!
Disregard my previous comment. I didn't realize youtube had my quality on auto and it was playing at 360p 🤦♀ gotta love brain fog taking me forever to realize what happened lol. So yay for now being able to take screenshots that I can actually read easily! Sooo many things I want to implement in some form or another. Thanks again for your awesome work!
Incroyable, avec JashiiCorrin on peut croire que le contenu sur le bujo est infini alors que d'autres vidéastes tourne en rond avec le même contenu, merci!!!!
Upgraded my membership level because I get so many helpful ideas and inspiration from you, and that means you deserve more money for the work you do. :)
I just ordered my new Journal for 2024 so this video is perfectly on time for me. Thank you for the great ideas! There are a bunch that I would like to try for 2024! - Im a Wizard.
You are pretty darned amazing! I’ve been journaling for years but your content always makes me think of things in such a new way! ❤ Thanks for sharing your talents with us. I’m definitely using several of these ideas in my set up. 📔
Thanks for all the ideas Jess! I have implemented the low bar/high bar this month and it's working great! I'll use many of the others in my 2024 bujos, like that for the books (the bracket one never appealed to me) and the reusable spread. I love the waterfall one for the esthetic and for the pages saving but I have yet to decide how to use it 😊
Yay, I love these types of videos. So many cool ideas to try next year. I like your updated grid ruler. I am going to remake mine with the header space subtracted. I always end up just using a ruler because the sections don't line up after I take that 2cm off the top. Or maybe I'll just add new section to my existing ruler. I also like the reflection cards, much more handy than the print out I have in the back pocket. I just watched the 22 and 23 ideas videos as well and it is cool to see your progression in ideas every year. 24 is one of the best yet! Thank you Jess!!
Thanks Tina! 😄💜 I always have to go back and check the list so I don’t double up 😝 technically we have a double up in this video, but the title of it was different so I’ma let it slide 😂
I'm thinking of taking the flip book style and making it on a separate sheet and using it each week. I'd like to add contact paper to it so I can have my to do list but I like how the flipping of each day looks versus just a straight piece of paper.
Another great video! An idea for the prioritization task list for those like me who have kids or a family business (I manage our farm). Instead of Do, defer, delegate, etc…I’m changing it to prioritize my tasks to Me (those I can do on my own) Me++ (those I need to do with someone else) delegating (giving the task to someone else) and the final column will be marked as All (those tasks that needs the whole family to do it). This layout has provided me a great way to not feel overwhelmed by all my projects.
@@JashiiCorrin I always appreciate your videos and how you encourage your viewers to make the layouts their own. You give so many great ideas, some I’ve used just like you have shown and others I’ve made my own. Just what the BUJO community is all about.
omg this is super creative and fun journal book, some of your ideas are project management skills-based and i love the doodles idea too😍Thank you for your sharing❤
I’ve set up a ruler for the horizontal of my standard cut of tab size. I have the normal grid guild at the start of the journal but the ruler is super useful for my weekly
Yeah I found having a ruler/guide was really useful when I was setting up my five-year journal, because the spacing that I was using was a little bit different to what I’m used to 😝 interesting how different tools can work better for different types of layouts 🤙
Im getting back to Journalling after a bit of break from it and discovered your channel - really great stuff for me to binge watch!! Im now doing all my daily/weekly/monthly planning in a digital calendar but I miss pen and paper and the creativity and ‘me time’ that bullet journalling brought me. So im going to start with a new journal and do some collections, trackers and easy spread ideas for helping with my songwriting specifically. I will be digging out my fine liners and brush pens this evening!
Oh exciting! I can totally understand the convenience that comes with digital, but still wanting a paper-based-SOMETHING 😝 Hope your journaling goes well! 💪💜
The highbar lowbar habits are a good idea especially for a perfectionist like me. I think it's good to see it as still giving time and effort. It's like the quote, "If you feel 30% today, then give your 30% which is still 100%" or something along those lines 😅
If I may ask have you thought about a sneak peak video on epic goals? I am a little gun shy about pulling the trigger on purchasing it only because I have been in so many of these "new goal completing" planning classes. Amy Landino and Alexis Giostra. They are good but not for my ADHD brain. Maybe others can complete goals using their systems but, not me and I am sure, I am not alone. But, the thought of spending money on possibly something else that is not for me, is concerning. It would help just to have an idea how your epic goals work. I know you can't go into a lot of details, copycats are everywhere but, a little info would help me and maybe others actually complete the purchase. Just a thought.
It's a bit too late to think about using a page with contact paper (because already ordered stuff from Amazon this month) but I would like to keep it in mind for the future. But I do want to do the reflections cards/prompt cards. Sometimes its easy to forget in the busy life what it was I was thinking of writing. A contact log is also another good idea... so many thoughts.
Glad this one gave you some ideas 😄 The contact paper stick as a lot of applications, so even if it isn't a "this time" thing, it could always prove useful later 💪💜
This is one of my favorite videos - I learned so much and plan to use lots of your ideas for my 2024 ideas! Thank you for all you do and for sharing your ideas! Much appreciated!
