It makes more sense to vaccinate the animals for prevention instead of giving people rabies shot because not everyone will get bit. In Turkey, there are strays animals but the government spayed and neutured them to control the population. All strays are also vaccinated and tagged to inform the locals about the animals temperament. Sometimes i really wonder why the easiest things are made more difficult in the Philippines.This issue is a no brainer.

Totoo po yan sa bansang turkey maging sa middle east ini stray po ang mga aso unang dahilan bihira ang vaccine para sa rabies pangalawa walang nag aalaga ng kahit anong animals doon bukod lang sa camel 🐪 at tupa't kambing mayroon din mga baka, manok maliban sa aso't pusa...

Gusto kasi nila magbayad ka for vaccination. Kung mapatunayan na may hoarding and pang iipit ng supply ng mga vaccines sana makulong at mabulok sa impeyerno. Kaya minsan din mahirap maging pet lover without knowing the consequences. Bawat pakain natin sa mga stray animals ay isang fuel para magparami pa sila lalo na nagtataas ng risk ng rabies. Di lang sa aso pati na din sa ibang animals like cats and rats.

Rats carry rabies also .the should be giving a free rabies vaccine and free spayed, neuter, etc cat's and dogs to of control of the population of stray dogs and cats.
