One thing I absolutely love about you and your channel is the encouragement and support! I am one of those people. I have a Cricut Maker, and I am so darn scared that it and it's told have never been taken out! It's been over a year. I also purchased a dream box. I used those birdhouses,with a few changes, to make gingerbread houses for Christmas in my kitchen. They turned out so cute.😊

I did these houses on a flat wood stand with rocks and greenery and put each of my kids names on them for my mom like two years ago for Mother’s Day. Super cute and she still has it out on display ❤️

Awesome idea! I always make a gingerbread house at Christmas (and then send it home with grands, lol). So neat they can paint little ones according to their tastes and take home! New tradition, thank you!

I've got to stop watching when my husband is asleep...I wake him up laughing at the bloopers. The bunny bucket is sooo cute! The crate, the round looks Victorian 😍. I love the lavender crate sign...the spring one...Can't decide..lol. love it all!!

Hundred years ago, when crackle medium was a newer thing, my friends came over and we crackled all my very old and out of style kitchen cabinets! They were 60’s faux Spanish style and I crackled them pink until we could redo our kitchen a few years later. They were SO CUTE!!!!

Sammie, thank you for all your great ideas. I love the smaller projects that you make as I am a full time RV snowbird. (It’s a wonderful life.). However, most of us don’t have a lot of room so the smaller the better. I make and give away my creations. I may have to make new friends as I think I’m filling up my friends’ RVs. All of you designs are tops I made the three birdhouse last year and also the bloom sign I received so many compliments ended up making them for Daughter and Granddaughter also. You would have to show 24 DIYs to get me into trouble running my husband back to the Dollar Tree with me. Everything is beautiful God Bless

U can also use a mixture of herbs from ur seasonings like chopped parsley n etc, mix them all together in a jar with holes for sprinkling it onto wet paint to make things look speckled!! Paprika looks awesome sprinkled on wet gold n yellow paint!!

Put them (beads) in a bowl with a lid, pour in your paint choice, snap on the lid and shake them around until coated...pretty fast...then hang on skewers to dry...no touchy!

I always use Elmer's glue to crackle with, I use it on chalk and acrilic paint and it works great!! I use it in place of mod podge too. It's a really great more economical Way of doing a lot of diys but it is of course a personal preference. I learned how to use Elmer's from a lot of other diyers. Just thought I would tell you that it is very easy and maybe you may want to try it sometime. I also wanted to tell you to go ahead and put Hank on payroll because he is doing a wonderful just as your assistant!! 🤣🤣🤣 He is sooo stinkin adorable and precious!!! I just love him!! Thank you also for all you do, you have a lot of great ideas!!!

If you take a small piece of saran wrap after you put the tissue paper on and use it to rub or tap the paper it won't tear as easy
