Great info.. regarding #7, and it's actually how I found your video; I wanted to put a QR code on my rider (my sign instead of my picture). What do you recommend as a QR code so that it is perpetual to me, and not just one house. Also, what do you think the QR code should be linked to? I do not have a website. Should I create a website, and if so, what is the best platform?
May I recommend keeping your picture. It helps when people see a smiling face. A long time ago I saw a service that will take a picture and turn it into a QR code.

For listing videos, do you take them down when it is sold or wait to see if buyers request that you take it down? Sometimes buyers buy a home and don't like pictures up of the inside of their home.
There are a bunch of really good free ones - no specific one in particular that I recommend. Just Google free QR code generator and most of them will be good!

I really prefer a descriptive URL as opposed to a QR code on my car. For my computer business I once had a guy follow me because of my magnetic sign and descriptive URL
what would you recommend for a realtor that just feels overwhelmed with all of this? I am her VA and I'd really love to help her get a few leads a month. My realtor is a bit older and just doesn't understand marketing at all. But she did recently partner with a reverse mortgage broker.
I would urge her to try to simplify and focus her efforts. We find a lot of agents today are getting overwhelmed with options instead of focusing on doing one thing really well.
