He learned that and everything he did from the Master Mentor, Bill Alexander.( Ross never gave his mentor credit) enough cannot be said for that wonderful man, WILLIAM ALEXANDER: who is sadly missed. You call them "pouncers". Here in the US, they are called "spouncers".
