Because this fruits and vegetables with different colors have antioxidants that your skin really needs. And also vitamin C, and there's a cream with lidocaine if your skin is very red and you feel that it burns or stings. I also drink a tomato juice and eat with my meals like 3-5 spoons of Ketchup because also has a lot of antioxidants.
