240823 Diary 

I slept like a baby that night. I went to bed at around 9.30, and while being interrupted for a change of drips and observations, I had a restful night. I woke up at around 8 am, straight for some breakfast and toilet. My tummy felt better, but physically, I was still feeling weak.
I managed to cut down the number of patients coming to the clinic. I sorted out my patients before returning to my bed for a dose of antibiotics at noon. And then again, I slept. Anita left earlier with our bags before our driver returned to pick me up.
It was raining all the way home. We had a dinner planned with the management at the hospital that evening but I had to give that a miss. All in all, it was always good to be back in my own bed ...
