2442&2650 two sets of Glass Tempering Furnace installed for same customer, 2442 is old furnace,2650 is new.

2.China glass tempering furnace energy consumption is higher than European furnace? We don’t think so, let’s analyze in details to see the furnace energy consumption from where?
2.1 First energy consumption is from heating:
2.1.1 If making same tempered glass, then heating needed is same;
2.1.2 Heating losing/the wasted heating: heating section what we use best quality insulating material which made by aluminum silicate is to control the heating wasting.
2.2 Another energy consumption is from the air blower on quenching section: if make same tempering glass, air blower electricity consumption also same, chose suitable air blower model, type, and matched with suitable inverter, also can achieve good energy saving effect.
3. In the video, it is our old customer, 2440x4200mm was bought from us 5 years ago, and this year he bought bigger size, his new furnace is 2600x5000mm size
4. How many hours needed for the glass tempering furnace temperature rise? When first time use, that is after new furnace finish installation and start to use first time, it needs 16-18 hours; after furnace normal working, from factory temperature to working temperature, it needs 4 hours only
5. In the video this client two sets both are flat glass tempering furnace, also curve optional. Do you need glass curve tempering? If yes, what is the max curve size?
