I believe as guys its in our nature to provide for those we love..Get the bag bring it home and let your lady split it amongst the kids. Sometimes that provision can manifest as overspending on something we think well make our people happy even though it maybe a bad decision. For me, Im like G's granddad. i believe im money smart (most times), but if i was to end up with someone whos smarter/sounder (in spending ) than i am, then i would give them MOST of my money....i propose having like 4 YEA/Coop accounts...two joint accounts where i put around 70% of my money and she can spend on the family, and two individual accounts where i can stash the rest.
