WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE LEAVING FOR ROMANIA:
MONEY: In Romania there is RON / LEU. The exchange value is about €1=4.7RON
CLIMATE: The temperature changes between day and night are very fast, in winter the temperatures are freezing, in summer it can really make a great scorching heat. The best moments to visit Romania are autumn and spring.
ELECTRIC SOCKETS: if you ask, you don't need adapters!
SHOPPING: It will be very convenient to go shopping in Romania, especially clothes and typical foods to take away with you, so organize yourself with your bags for the return!
MOVEMENTS: For the city it is better to use the Taxi, Uber or the Metro. It is worthwhile renting the car only if you move from Bucharest.

🚌HOW TO GET TO THE CENTER FROM THE AIRPORT:
The two best solutions, for convenience and cost, are the OFFICIAL TAXI and UBER.
The cost for both is around € 12-18 per ride, which you can also share with friends, but be careful, remember to ask taxis first for the approximate cost based on the arrival area.

On Fridays and holidays it is closed, always check the official timetables, because they change often.
