Maybe I missed it, so I apologize if I did. But I’m confused on the personalization part with POD. If the customer orders a customized shirt, you customize the design but how do you put it on the printify website so that that specific person gets it? I guess I’m asking that if it’s automatically made when it’s ordered, where would you upload the customization part for each customer?
5:25 if you are not doing anything with these designs, any chance you wanna sell all those designs that sold for you before? I am working on a 2nd shop(general..gonna put any pod stuff that will sell) and could use the proven sellers.
I can't sell the designs since I didn't create them:) As mentioned in the video, they were purchased off Etsy and there are still sellers who sell them I believe.

That's all fine, but this was two years ago, or in Etsy years 10 years ago. Today, making these kind of products is over saturated and no one can replicate your success from that much time ago. Two years ago, you must have been one of the first to make shirts like these. That's why today, this doesn't work anymore. Why not show how your current POD shop is doing?
Hi Daisy, maybe you missed the beginning of the video or are new to the channel, but I mentioned I only sell digital now and my shop is constantly shown in other videos on the channel for reference. I teach POD in my course on a small level because I've done it successfully for years in the past and several members do POD; however, my primary focus is digital. I also mentioned, that the style is definitely different now; but the niche is not, it changes yearly with new styles and trends and therefore cannot be oversaturated because it is always changing, you just have to be first on the style/trend. The purposes of the video was not to say this is a current trend to hop on ( I said it will be different and gave examples of what is trending in this niche currently), but to show how a new style can be adapted into any niche and see success and how to add personalized POD products to Printify. Since I do not have a current POD shop (as mentioned in the video) I cannot show how it is doing, though you're welcome to checkout the shop that I do have.

With the right niche, products, and decent design skills you will be successful with time. The measure of success might not be life changing but it is possible. How long until you see success will be based on how much time you devote to your business and how quickly you can learn and adjust to the market. It's simple.
@@mchered What negative mindset? This is reality, no one will tell you what works right now, that's all I wanted to say. Bailey is amazing, I 've watched all of her videos and I've learned a lot. However, I just wanted to point out that what worked in past will never work now on Etsy. That's it.
Etsy is a joke! A very small percentage of sellers make it big. The rest don’t make squat. The big sellers also make money telling everyone how to do it, knowing the likelihood their viewers will actually make the amount they claim in their videos, is extremely unlikely.
Sorry you feel that way! But it's definitely not a joke as I wasn't always a 'big seller' and have made a full-time income from the platform for years now. It's also why I always show my own shop with sales, stats, and data, etc. I make pennies compared to dollars when it comes to views on YT vs. sales on Etsy. The rest don't make squat because they don't understand their customer, don't make designs that the customer actually wants, and then don't remarket to them effectively after the initial sale for reoccurring income.
