As someone who moved from FL to CA, the first year + is rough, especially the drivers, but after those hiccups it does get easier. Just remember, if you don't love it, you can always move wherever you're happiest :)

I totally relate to your feelings about change. For as long as I can remember, I've HATED change. I actually also moved from New England to Florida when I was 20 which was a big step. Now at 26, I'm preparing for another big move to a completely different part of the country so it sounds like we're in the same boat again. The unknown is so scary. But we got this soph and we will do amazing things

Also, since motorcyclists can split lanes legally here, it’s expected that you make a lot of room for them, otherwise they can be d**ks. Sorry that happened to you. I am moving into a house in like 2 weeks and it’s in the same town but I’ve been in my apartment for four years so that change is making me really anxious too. Change is scary and uncomfortable! But with it comes new and exciting things that would not have happened if you didn’t make that change :) easy for me to say, I know, but you’ll be okay no matter what

Hi Soph! I have been watching your videos for years and can completely relate to your anxiety about your move. I just moved to New Jersey from Texas 6 months ago for my dream job and completely romanticized it. I was staying in a creepy AirBnb for a month before finding my apartment, I got rear-ended my first week here, and I was crying daily because my training at my job was so difficult. Things have gotten better but I am so happy to hear others talking about the struggles of getting out of your comfort zone. You got this, sending you all of the good energy
