Summary : You and your friend must have common goals . It creates compatibility . For example - your friend want to be successful in life but you want to chill , baad meh kar lenge kam etc , then it's going to create conflict leads to insecurity . If out of 10 , 2 goals are not common , then try to create environment that can reduce or eliminate the conflict that may arise from that 2 goal . Here goals can be anything love to be at home vs like to go to party anything . It's like way of thinking or priorities in his/her life . Please if you think he/she is not honest with you , disrespect you , you think this friendship is not going anywhere , it's affecting your mental health then try to avoid the company of that person as soon as possible as once you used to fall in this trapp of forgiving him/her everyday and ignore how he/she is doing wrong with you will going to affect your mental peace . If you aren't able to break this friendship that means it is attachment, you got habit of that person . Just try to avoid him/her . I know it's difficult emotionally but forgive him/her and yourself and set yourself free from this cage of illusion . You are strong enough . You deserve better . Here Sandeep sir is trying to explain in that way . But session was little short so things were not clear to everyone I guess , but I tried to understand as much as possible . Thanks sir . Every friendship and love is a journey of unexpected transformation. If you're the same person before and after you've loved, then you've not loved enough. When we're in a relation with somebody, we feel good about it but when we get close to them, it's a human trait to start expecting from the other person because you do share such a bond with that person. And if both the people are willing to keep each other in life, they will change, change the bad habits about them, set basic, clear and same goals. Nobody has same goals for long term vision, or maybe rarely some has, and that shouldn't stop us. You have to set them. 🤟🏻

I was looking for a video on "How to adjust with classmates who are boys" and youtube suggested me this. But I feel that many a times this brainstorming session has shifted from the main topic friendship. I think there are different types of friendships. On youtube there are many funny videos made on "Types of friends in college/school". Initially we talk to people depending on our common interests (networking), and then there should be a give and take policy to make it a long-lasting friendship. How many of us actually still have those "FRIENDS FOREVER" whatsapp groups? Such friends win our trust by passing friendship tests like "A friend in need is a friend indeed" and keep promises. Compatibility depends on the amount of time we spend with each other. Small kids say "Frienship has no rules, dost toh aisehi bann jate hain". Adjustments are done when both the individuals make efforts to win over that one uncommon thing between the two. Equations don't change between true friends ,ie, "Out of sight is out of mind" never happens with them. This is what I could conclude so far.
