@@sympetrum667 not good advice but I'd say work more on hamstring flexibility and fix ur posture including mobility in the shoulders . There are lots of vids on it of hot girls doing yoga just follow along trust me u will feel great after it
Everyone has a different definition of “Proper” For example, when I’m using my Cartwheel as a setup for Triples, I don’t care at all about a small bend in my knee. Spend some time and decide for yourself what a “proper” Cartwheel is to you
after watching this video i was kinda weirded out so then i closely counted the number of spins when i did a cart double full and i spin 765 degrees not less than 720 degrees
