One more point to cover that when your farmers were buying that time US dollar was the parity was good against Park rupees so you must understand for overseas they can also invest in RDA account in US dollar terms and on 7% interest rate
Few more observations Overheads for 500xdays are very high . It means for 25xanimals , the farmer would spend 525,000/- per month Cost of male calf did not count for both cycles i-e First cycle 3xMale and for second cycle 8xmales
Sir zrori to nahi 11 lac ki cow li jaye 2se 4 lac tk cow mil jati hai or 5month us ko khra kr ke khilany se acha hai tyar cow le jo 2re din se dodh dena start ho
Hello dear how are you Nice watching your videos very interesting God bless you number one the situation to import medicine is also not possible these days everything is restricted due to short of US dollars as your video is previous and also the rupee devaluation is available and the interest rate is right now 21% and it will go up to 23% maybe and you know by doing all the practice and ups and downs again there is a lot of risk of rupee devaluation so there is no feasibility for now I have requested you to talk about something to do with embryos IVF give us some knowledge about this technology and is there any scope for it many thanks
Doc sab, that's a one-sided thing. What about land cost? If u pre-owned, that's a plus. Shed construction, chiller construction milk line cost if a small investor otherwise parlour cost. Then, silage cost if making his own tou us k liye he needs above 2 million for that. Small office construction 2 3 rooms for labour and a doctor. Medical room construction.... afterwards, when u get ur first calfs, u need to husbandry for them like calf cages us ki cost. 10,000 litre is not achievable at all. i have imported us cattle .. lsd nae immunity ki ma behan kr di... so on paper, it looks exactly sugar-coated. But in real case, u need a reality check ....
dr sab little bit near but some diseases factor and june july electricity and diseal cost and summer milk averge is too much drop upto 22 to 24 lit perday
Land apprecation cost add kare profit 25% pa chale jae ga solar electricity use kre aus sa b profit margin increase ho jae ga solar b expensive ho ga solar assets shape ma b profit ma ho ga saat electricity cost b decrease ho kr profit margin increase ho jae ga
Dr.Sahib can you please make another feasibilty for next 500 days. Will not it show some reasonable profits after the invester has taken back his principal investment just after 500 days.
Local cross cow Achi nasl ki pal lo 3 4 lac ki mil Jate hai. Dodh Kam dete hai lakin us main profit hai. Import kerne Ka fieda nhe. Construction per khracha nhe kero jitna simple aur natural rakho Sahi hai. Safai Ka khyal kero. Waleti cow ko pakny shed sab chye huta. Bacht nhe hai. Wo wo log Ker sakty Jin ke pass khula backup hai. New farmers desi cross per kaam kero.
This feasibility is made for imported high cost animals which a small size farmer can't afford to buy.. please share a feasibility for cross bread local animals which can survive local weather without any control shed and produce highest milk... Looking forward to have your kind response.
Asalamo Alaikum Dr shb ,,thorri c darkar hain ,,farm pay kitni cows hon jinsay per cow milk lay skay pora saal ,,25 milking cows k hisab say,,yani k hamaray paas 25 cows hon jo sara saal milk dn
Dear Dr Sb AoA Great Job done Please accept my apology in advance , because I have some observations 1. While calculating Assets , there was mistake in calculation (at 16 minute in video), that instead of 35,600,000,/- it would be 32,900,000/- ,Hence instead of Rs 8,100,000/- profit , it would be just Rs 5,400,000/- and when you deduct Milk sale Loss which was 1,400,000/- , the net profit would be just Rs 4 Million. 2. Now coming to time spent for this profit after investment , it would be as follow a. First 5x month when she did not deliver calf b. 500xdays (Lactation period during which 10500 liters milk was produced ) c. The total period becomes 650 xDays = Almost 22 xmonths d. Rs 4 M profit in 22 xmonths = 4,000,000/50,000,000=0.08x100=8% in 22xmonths e. 4.3% Annual , which is not feasible from any angle
U worked hard to do mathamatics, but in commerce your calculations are vague. You can not apply dereciation on asset as your asset are increasing. You do not need to consider investment for asset in your calculation of income, profit and loss. Milk sell minus expences including opex should give a clear profit. Asset in shape of cows will increase with time u will sell them with profit. In reality you are making profit of 1200000 in a month approx.
Dr saab agar dodh ki traf na jain or minimum cost (to maintain the cow) key sath jo bhi milk miley woh ley lain to phir milk main jo loss hey wo avoid kia ja sakta hey, specially when milk rate in Rs. 100 in Bahawalnagar?
