@@clang2750 there’s a line between Scorpion and Noob where Noob says something (I don’t remember what though) and Scorpion is like “Even your brother?” and Noob is like “What brother.” So yeah they call each other brother but theres a hate going on between them
His MK9 incarnation was possibly the coolest thing I've seen in a fighting game. I loved seeing his shadow clone mixups. They looked so organic. I'd mix myself up sometimes just from how deceptive it looked.
It's official boys! Mortal Kombat 11 is coming to us on April 23rd!! Now if only we can get our boy Noob Saibot to return for the game.. Do you guys think he'll be included? Be sure to let me know in the comments! Along with which Mortal Kombat characters you would like to learn about next!
Ed boon "his name is bihan because it was around the time star wars was popular and everyone wanted to 'be Han' (Han solo)" (roughly what he said, not exact quotes)
Also about the flashback of subzero killing scorpions family why hasn’t he questioned that subzero has a sword when he is a Cryo-macer and can use ice as a weapon and riding a horse when he can literally teleport
Deception was my favorite version of both Noob and Smoke, it had a sense that he finally became his own real entity with his own ambitions(unlike Liu Kang in the same game)
In MK10 there was a short reference to Noob. I forget how it happens but during the beginning of the fight where the 2 fighters walk into the arena. If one is sub and I forget the other they mention Noob. "Wheres your brother?" "Noob has not been seen since such and such"
iirc it's sub zero and revenant kung lao. lao asks about noob, sub says his whereabouts are unknown, and lao replies that noob "calls for him from the other side"
I missed these Mortal Kombat character fact videos. And do Jade next. Noob, Smoke, and Reptile already had their videos. Unplayable secret characters, do Jade next please. And I think it'll be a good idea to hear some thoughts on her disappearance and if she'll will or won't return in the next game
Nozomi Tojo Why do you guys talk about 90s characters when we can discuss about a lot of the ps2 era characters coming back in the next game. The next game is basically deadly alliance and deception.
@@harverc229 Cause Jade appeared in MK9 but didn't in MKX. She did make a cameo in Kitana's MKX ending as the mysterious woman. Jade has to return so we can know where she was during the events of MKX
Noob Saibot's story and real identity was actually planned to be revealed in Mortal Kombat 4, but he got cut from the game as a main character and so did his story. In one of the ports he has one of Sub Zero's fatalities, which was probably left as a hint. In most versions he just uses Reiko's fatalities.
Konquest was wild 😂. Me and my cousin spent an entire night completing that and when the elder gods or whatever betray or abandon Shujinko it seemed so pointless we were just like "whhaaatt".
MadnessSaint Armageddon was more of my favorite mainly because of the Konquest and Kreate a Fighter. I always wanted to make my own fighter with their own backstory
I'm pretty sure they're bringing Noob back. They have to. Also Rain. And if they do bring Smoke back I would love for them to have him as Enenra, the smoke demon. Maybe in Revenant form as a skin.
@@poorlyeditedredneckv1nce527 No, Enera is a smoke demon. When Quan Chi revived Smoke as a Revenant, Smoke says something in the lines of "Theres no longer Smoke there is only Enenra" probably referring Enenra as an upgrade of his past self.
In the story of MKX, Sareena tells Kitana that Bi Han (Noob) helped her get free from Quan Chi's sorcery and control. So, hopefully he's alive for MK 11. Also noting that it seems that the story will take the multiverse excuse for his appearance.
When I was younger and got mk9 I got noob because I didnt even know how to block lol i didnt even see noob chilling the background I was so focused and then when it made me fight again I got confused and thought It was a hacker😆 so i beat noob (who i didnt even know existed) and was only happy I beat him because I thought I got rid of a hacker😅 I boasted to all my friends lol I didnt even realize he was on the roster until a few weeks after lol Btw this story was 45% exaggerated (atleast)
In MKX, a few characters say that Noob Saibot is alive in their character intros to a fight, and I think one even says that they know his whereabouts. But it's all hidden from sub-zero. It's been almost half a year since I've owned the game, so I might not be remembering the lines correctly.
Actually, #21 was because Kuai used his brothers "old armor" for his costume in MK9 in his honor. So the vision was still true it just wasn't the same suit that Bi Han had for the tournament at that time.
Fact 26: During a mirror match in MK11, Noob will make a Harry Potter reference by asking who the other Noob Saibot is, and the response being "he who shall not be named". And ending with "return to your deathly hollow".
Mortal Kombat Trilogy is still my all time favorite!!! I enjoyed getting cheat codes from the school internet then coming home doing brutalities on everyone
Love how in MK9 again his design was basically a recolor of his Sub Zero skin on the alt skin bringing back the black pallet swap from mk2 but more recognizable
16:54 I read somewhere that there was gonna be more focus on the timeline itself in MK11. Which could entail time travel and stuff like that. So we may be able to see him again from the past. At least, that’s what I think.
The outfit in the flash back Quan Chi shows Scorpion could be more of a battle armor or secondary outfit for Bi Han and Kuai Liang wears it showing he now has the mantle of Sub-Zero and as some sort of tribute to his fallen brother seeing how he is now referred to now as Sub-Zero and no longer as Tundra. That’s just my thoughts on the situation I could be completely wrong.
I looked at a majority of the comments on here and didn't see anybody else bring this to light, but just to put an addendum on #8, Mythologies was not the first game since the original to feature Bi-Han as Sub-Zero, though it was the last 2D game to do so as the #8 fact states. However, the "Classic Sub-Zero" featured in both Ultimate MK3 and the PS1 port of Trilogy - while, perhaps, not canon - is, in fact, Bi-Han. This is stated in the bio/endings in both games for the character, and the awesome Fighter's Kompanion books for both games corroborate this as well. I love these videos, though! Please keep'em coming, sir! :)
No? She mentions that he freed her, which makes Mythologies canon in the 2nd timeline which STILL takes place before the 1st tournament (that we are part of, aka it takes place before MK9's reboot starts kicking in)
Noob Saibot is my favorite character, but tbh I think it was probably when I played the old games he was ninja who wore all black, which was and still is my favorite character, but it made him seem more edgy/cooler and as a kid, anything edgy was cool. Plus I liked his fighting style. I just think he should be more successful in the story then he usually ends up being
