I appreciate him code switching between three languages. As a Filipino learning Indonesian, I literally understand everything he says which is amazing. Another cool thing is that he even looks Filipino (from the eyes of a Filipino) but I wasn't too surprised to know he's Indonesian. Also, when I see him speak in Tagalog, it really looks like I'm watching a Fillipino RU-vidr instead of Indonesian, given that Filipinos use code-switching with English for almost half of our speech.
He's Indonesian..but he seemed more Pinoy than some Pinoys!!.. his giggles..yung "Charot!" nya..is sooo bekingly pinoy!!! And he can pass for a meztisong pinoy!!
Ang galing mong mag-Tagalog at down to earth ka pa! Funny ka rin un ang isang maganda sa vlogger....you're Indonesian pero catholic ka rin tulad ko maganda rin un! God bless Albert 😘
I never thought you're Indonesian hahaha 😍 because u look like more mestisong pinoy (ganteng sih) cekap talagalog nya sangat Luar Biasa💕 keep it up ❤️❤️❤️
I currently learning 3 langguages Indonesian,Spanish and French actually mas inuuna ko Yung Spanish kasi mas madali lang siya kesa sa French pero I'm trying my best
Dati akala ko Pinoy na TH mag english kaya medyo cringey para sa akin mga vids mo pero when I found out na Indonesian ka pala at nabasa ko yung struggles mo coming here and choosing Ph as your homebase, I really had a change of heart. Bumilib ako sayo ng sobra. I am happy for your success and wish you well. We are fortunate to have you choose Phil to work and share your talent. Ngayon naeenjoy ko na sobra yung mga vids mo because of your great personality. As for the english.. keri naman. Pasensya na sa mga typical judgemental pinoy na tulad ko na pag celebrity na english ang gamit dpat flawless. Just do what you’re doing. Best of luck!
Ang galing naman po, para ka na ding Filipino magsalita. Sa indonesia merun din na pinoy na sumikat dun si Leo Consul, magaling din yun ng Indonesian language.
You're Tagalog is really impressive. Great job, Sir Albert! 😍 Curious tuloy ako: Sino chini-cheer mo every MU? HAHA! Example your camp's queen and Ms. Indonesia are the last 2 standing and 1 lang pwede mo i-cheer? Sino kaya ichi-cheer mo? Hahaha!
My first time to have come across your video. Don’t worry about revealing your age because you look so young, love your skin and you are really a nice person. I am also so proud that you speak Filipino, you seem to be a brilliant guy and keep up the good job. Cheers and stay safe Albert!
Nakaka proud Lang kuya kahit di ka Filipino nakakaproud na marunong Kang magsalita NG language namin I like your attitude nakakaproud talaga once na marunong Kang magtagalog para ka na reng Filipino kahit Indonesian ka God bless keep safe. Thankyou
Riot in Indonesia was May 13, 1998. My Chinese American friend who worked in Indonesia at that time had to be repatriated by his U.S. company back to the States because of the riot there & because of my friend being of Chinese descent to keep him safe.
I'm 34 too and I think we should be proud of our age. It means that we've been through a lot already and we successfully conquered them all. There's beauty in getting older. :)
No wonder why you like Inasal. The ingredients and the style of cooking is like Indonesian cuisine. Bumbunya ada bawang putih, bawang merah, jahe, lengkuas, serai. We use kalamansi and you guys use jeruk nipis. Indonesians also use peanut like in gado gado and the sauce of sate ayam, so you would love our kare kare. And of course gising gising is spicy.☺️
You're such an inspiration to me Albert😍 Now that I just joined the RU-vid Channel world, I always watch your videos to learn more things in this make up industry😍 Keep it up!!!❤️❤️❤️
I love the way you talked pano mo iniexplain yung ikaw talaga. OMG daming Dogs & Cats❤ tama kajan kuya dapat pag nagsalita sa magulang dapat yung mahinahon lang explain well Ksi mag aabsorb din talaga sakanila ma re realize din nil paunti unti lahat nang gusto mo iparating
Galing mo, kuya! I can hear your Indonesian accent more so because you actually said that you were Indonesian, but if you never mentioned it, I probably would be trying to guess if it was another Filipino regional accent. 😅 hahah
Hi! Actually that's not the full blown filipino accent yet. It sounds like a foreigner who have been speaking filipino a lot, close, but not quite. Here in the Philippines, english speakers who how a lot about Filipino usually sound like him. I can't explain tho what makes his accent just close. Not bashing! His supporter here!
Filipinos are Indonesians that Migrated to northern island tip going to Taiwan. Genetically Filipinos are more Indonesians than the peninsular malaya. Thanks to the Trade union between the dutch and Spain had not stop so inter island commerce is still going until the Americans took over
Your accent is more Filipino daripada Indonesia hahaha anw buat video, ajak dan perkenalkan teman2 filipino utk mencoba segala hal ttg Indonesia (food, fashion, film and tradition) Love !! ❤️✨❤️✨❤️✨
Hahaha my officemate family name is also Kurniawan. His complete name is Eko Kurniawan, and i travel 9 times in Indonesia since 2017 since we have office in Kuningan, South Jakarta
I love you more after watching this! So happy to know that a person like you really exists! Love how your name made me think you are a Filipino 😂 and yup I'm an avid fan of coke zero haha coz I have diabetes
hello, Sir Albert, new subscriber here, naaliw ako sa videos mo, very humble and mabait, akala ko talaga pinoy ka, una kitang nakita sa vlog ni Raf, when you do make up with him.and then mejo naaliw ako sa inyo dalawa ni Raf, so i checked ur channel and then browse ko mga videos mo, nakita ko yung kay Meagan Young bag raid, so humble and ang cute nyo dalawa....dun ko lang nalaman na Indonesian ka pala...galing magtagalog....
Haha nice. I got here because of researching "Giolo" aka Jeoly who was a pintado and became a slave sold to europeans. His skin wAs displayed in europe when he died. Apparently he was born in Miangas Island which is home to indonesians and filipinos who speak mostly bisaya, tagalog and indo. I just love southeast asian culture and history. 😄
I can speak few words of Indonesian Langguage Like Saya - I Susu - Milk Air - Water Mekan - like Aple - Apple Kucing - pusa Merah - red Hitam - Black Putih - white
Idk Indonesian but every time he code switch i recognize it late cause fil and Indo sounds so similar, its like i should understand but i just dont at all, also your Filipino sound so natural and look like a Fil you can literally blend in
There are plenty of Indonesians in southern Philippines and they speak the local languages very fluently, many of them speak tagalog too that's why it is very difficult to tell they are not filipinos. The truth of the matter is filipino and indonesians are one, however the Dutch colonized much of the area they called Indonesia and the Philippines are colonized by Spain and called the people filipinos named after the king of Spain. You will noticed that if indonesia and the Philippines were not colonized by this both European countries we were not maybe a separate countries, in fact we have many similar dialects from Indonesia scattered in all local dialects in the Philippines.
So my guess was right po hehehe you are Indonesian hihi, my husband is Indonesian-Chinese. yah he mention that riot way back before, they are living in Medan that time and that city, mostly have chinese blood, that was a really scary event omg. Anyway, i really love Indo Food! Specially Kwetiau and Rendang and Telur Balado.Bakmie, Nasi Goreng, i think all haha!! I miss Indonesia..
Just subscribed today. I would suggest, before you travel around the world, halughugin mo muna ang lahat ng magagandang island and places in the Philippines and Indonesia.
Everything in you is really filipino, you speak fluent in tagalog and your looks hundred percent filipino. How come you speak tagalog did you stay in the Philippines?you are amazing thumps up for you 👍👍👍👍👍
I been to Bali ? And got some colleague Indonesians at work ?? But they don't know how to speak tagalog n English " so your very lucky ' bilingual "2 languages u can speak" bravo'
😮 wow!
sobrang ingit ako with you and your boyfie... Sana Alll chos... Parehas tayo. everyone in the family expected that i was going to be a gurl kasi nung unang ultrasound undecended pa pa siya fast . my skipped a monthly check up but come 7th month she had to give birth...
