3:50 I would say it’s 21* characters (the asterisk is to note Shin-Waka’s existence as moreso a fairly different playstyle from Waka but at the same time sharing said slot, so its moreso 21 on a technicality).
The official store page(s) for the game refers to it as just a 20 character roster total, but yeah I guess you could technically consider the alternate of Waka a bit different.
I might pick up Minecraft. I'm not the biggest fan of the series but the last time I played was on the Vita and that stopped getting updates ages ago. Being it hasn't been on sale since 2019 and at a whopping 50% off.
Oh yeah a lot has been added since the days of the Vita version! I remember that version... it was okay then, but quite a bit has been changed since that version
