Awesome work there mike ,can you get replacement ic 2 or are they obsolete like the flyback also i found a k7000A for sale the bloke wants 30 dollars for it untested plus 20 dollars to ship it prob not worth it
Hello Mike, I fixed my 19" k7000 thanks to your videos but now the image jumps slightly. I was told that my Isolator transformer was too close to the tube causing this. Have you ran into this issue?
Sweet! No. Doubtful that’s the issue. Jumping up and down? With multiple games? TPG? Sync hooked up correctly? Does it get better/worse when adjusting the V.Hold?
@@MikesArcadeMonitorRepair Some games are more prominent than others. MK1 is really noticeable. Slightly jumping with some waviness. Bad dudes vs dragon ninja there is no issue at all. TMNT only has the a little waviness. Sync is connected correctly. I also cannot adjust the horizontal size due to being seized.
@@MikesArcadeMonitorRepair quick update. Moved the Isolator Transformer and Fixed the Image Jumping Up and Down. The Last thing I need to Figure out is the Horizontal Size that is Stuck. I cannot adjust it for the life of me. This K7000 19" has the Short Black adjustment Pot. I'm thinking about swapping with the Long White from Arcade Parts. Do you think that Swap can be performed with no Issues with the Chassis? Thanks for Everything Mike, your videos really helped me a lot.
