Thanks Nicole and team! I've got DDD and after years of being active and super fit, I never thought I'd be in so much pain just trying to do every day things. But I didn't want this diagnosis to be the end of my life as I knew it, so thought I'd try some simple home workouts. I found your channel and have being doing your workouts for just a couple of weeks now, and what a difference it's made already! I can actually see light at the end of the tunnel! I want you to know that on the days when you may be wondering if all you do is just post workout videos, you are helping people, and giving them hope that their lives can be better, more healthy, and pain free. I ve been lifting and doing different weight trainings for a couple weeks, and i woke up very sore and stiff this morning. I still wanted to do weight training but knew I couldn't lift much today so i was looking for body weight training and found this video. It's, my first time trying your video and i loved it. Beautiful flow and this wasn't too hqrd which what i needed this morning. I just subscribed your channel amd planning to mix yours with weight training. Thank you and keep up the amazing work!
