A super fun 25-minute challenging routine for kids to work out their whole bodies!!
This fun workout is an easy-to-do exercise routine that kids can perform at home. The workout contains bodyweight exercises that work the entire body and the major muscle groups. It starts with simple routines to warm up the body, followed by dynamic mat exercise that will be performed in two sets, and, finally, we'll do a nice stretch for the perfect cool down. Kids must be encouraged to exercise every day, as this is a natural part of their development, and this is how the little ones can grow up strong and healthy.
Let's get the kids and start this new workout! 💪
