I am a little over 15weeks and have been following your videos since before I got pregnant. You are the only one I can keep up with and you are so calming. Every other video I come across is like HIIT. I can barley keep up with you sometimes. Thank you for keeping us pregnant people into consideration. You're doing a great job and I know you love what you do.

I wanted to let you know that I absolutly love this workout and many of your workout videos. I did this workout once a week during my first pregnancy and doing it again during my second. Have been doing this workout almost everyday since my 1st trim. In the beginning it was so difficult I couldn't even finish halfway. I'm in month 8 now & feel so good & active. Weight gained so far 7kg & thanks to this workout my shoulder & legs are much more sculpted than b4 I'm pregnant. Thank u for this awesome workout 😘

Before pregnancy I absolutely loved working out but once I became pregnant I didn’t know what workouts were safe for me to continue to do. Currently 13 weeks pregnant and completed this full workout and feel amazing now! Thank you!! ❤️

I'd been doing this workout 2-3 times per week from 2nd trimester till the end of my pregnancy (had to go easy with the squats and the lunges for the last 2 weeks to protect the loosing joints). Had a pretty easy childbirth: pushing for ~30min and the baby was out! Thanks Amy! I'm starting to follow your postnatal workout now.

Pregnant with baby 2.. I couldn't loss the first pregnancy weight so gonna do exercise through this pregnancy in hope of not gaining too much .. I hope it helps....

Broke a major sweat! Currently 24 weeks pregnant and my doc told me I need to exercise and maintain my weight. This is something I plan on doing 3 nights a week. I feel so accomplished!

Just want to say Thank You Amy for making these prenatal videos. I have enjoyed your commentary which is absolutely motivating and kind. At 20 weeks in, I found out that I had gestational diabetes and was told that the baby would likely be big and I might need to be induced. I was already overweight pre pregnancy and had developed pregnancy thyroid. I started doing this bodyweight workout to control my weight gain and become stronger. I did it almost every day from 20 wks until 39wks and the result showed at my delivery. I delivered my 7lb baby vaginally without being induced but more importantly i realized at the time of delivery how much stamina and strength i needed to push the baby out. It requires physical strength. And after the delivery, I was able to be more mobile than i expected which i believe attributed to these workouts. Thanks to these videos and the motivation to keep going, I’m now a happy mama. In one of your videos you said “the best thing you can do for your baby is to be healthy” that statement kept me going:)) Thank you Amy. For mama’s out there....keep at it....you will not regret it:))

I've been doing your workouts since I was 10 weeks pregnant and now I am at 40 weeks and still going strong. I've actually found myself becoming stronger than when I started, building up endurance while pregnant which I was not expecting at all! Thank you for taking the time to make these videos and creating a healthy guideline for us to base our own fitness goals around.

Thank you for posting workouts that honor the reality of what it's actually like to be pregnant!! And thank you for focusing so much on health and safety and not on looking a certain way. Other workouts have left me feeling pathetic and demoralized but not yours!! Thank you :)

Before becoming pregnant I tried several workout videos for "beginners" and I could not keep up with any of them, I was able to do the entire video! I felt the video was perfectly timed, every time I'd start to feel fatigued in a move it was time to move on. I especially loved how you went from legs, to arms, back to the other leg. Thank you so much.

I’m 33 weeks and haven’t done much If any exercise during my pregnancy. I didn’t think o could do it but your supportive comments throughout were so encouraging and realistic- loves it! This workout was a perfect start and I hope to do it daily until delivery ☺️

After a couple of months break from workouts due to extreme fatigue and nausea, I am now 13 weeks and feeling better and managed to get through the whole video yeyy!! I am hoping to get some kind of exercise 30 minutes per day from now on

I'm almost 25 weeks, used to workout a lot before this pregnancy but stopped when the nausea came on... 2nd trimester when the nausea went away I decided to get back into it and been following this workout for over a month now, has helped heaps I have more energy and feel lots stronger. Thank you.

Amy is just awesome. Prior to being pregnant I’ve seen her TRX training videos but didn’t know she’s done prenatal workouts like this one too. Can I just say having an actual pregnant coach doing this with you is just that much more relevant and convincing? Or maybe I just love her energy and approach too much lol

I found these workouts when I first got pregnant and couldn't do them at all since every time I moved I'd get so extremely nauseated and tired. Now that I'm in my second trimester and the doctor has cleared me for some light movement I love this entire series so much. I do them in the morning before I head to work and finally feel like I have some energy and strength back after not being able to work out for five months! Thanks very much for these, truly.

11 weeks pregnant with twins. My belly is already huge and I'm overweight. This workout was amazing! I went all the way till the floor exercises. It was very exhausting but made my whole body feel good! Thank you!

I've exercised up to the beginning of my third trimester at 28 weeks and im currently 38 weeks and barely doing this again after two months and whoooo im partly out of shape and very pregnant. Before this I was quite active though. Thanks to working out and walking a lot though I feel I didn't gain much weight over my pregnancy. I started at 131 and am now 151. Leaves me hopeful for all the other moms discovering their workout journey and motherhood. Take care of yourselves ladies. But don't be too hard on yourselves

This is perfect. I had to stop running, climbing, doing HIIT now that I'm 34 weeks, and this is about all I can handle! Having you doing the 3rd trimester options helps me not try to toughen it out in the harder levels when I really shouldn't be anymore. :)

Excellent workout. I was a regular at the gym before I got pregnant but then stopped going as I was always so tired. I'm now in 2nd trimester and found this video was great to get me back into a workout routine. I quit the gym but this video is great to use at home.

I'm just shy of 33 weeks and I stopped going to the gym around 27 weeks because I lost all my energy and I'm also a full time mommy and student right now. I decided to look up prenatal workout videos and came across this one! I absolutely LOVED it!!! I woke up this morning feeling great with a little soreness. I just finished another 30 min strength workout and loved that one as well. Thanks Amy for these great workouts!!!! Can't wait to do your postpartum videos!!

I loved this workout as well as your others. I am currently 15wks and my Dr. recommended me to get some prenatal exercise to help me keep my weight gain to as minimal as possible:/ I work up a good sweat and feel so strong by the time I'm done. I love that they are under 30 min because having a 4 & 6 yr old keeps me pretty busy. Keep up the great work👍😄

I am 24 weeks and have been doing this workout every other day (my "off" days I got for long walks) for a few weeks now, and it's really made me feel awesome. I was very active before getting pregnant but I was so nauseous my 1st trimester I essentially stopped working out for almost 4 months. These workouts get me sweating again 🙌💪 and make me feel the burn the next day! I feel great, thanks!

At 22 weeks and this was an amazing exercise. Used light dumbbells for the arm movements for that lil extra extra. I used to workout with heavy weights before, so I needed something! The lunges were killer.

Amy, I just want to give you a huge THANK YOU for having such great prenatal workouts. At about 30 ish weeks pregnant I was getting so frustrated with the workout programs I was doing pre pregnancy because I just couldn't do them anymore and I was about to give up. Then I found your workouts in a simple youtube search and have done multiple workouts of yours now and I've got to say I love them. I love that you're trained in prenatal workouts and you're pregnant in the videos. It's given me the motivation to keep going because I know I can do your workouts! I loved this one and next time if I'm feeling a little better I might add some light weights! I'm 35 weeks pregnant now and the pregnancy induced carpal tunnel is coming in strong but I was still able to do most of this workout! Thank you again so much!

Currently 40 weeks and 2 days and this was a great workout, actually impressed I was able to everything except the side planks. Thank you for these videos, I started them in my 2nd trimester then ended up taking a little break but came back to these from 35 weeks. Trying to keep my cardio and strength up as I know labour can be a marathon! Hopefully can continue with your video up until labour and then looking forward to coming to your channel to do the postpartum series!

Enjoyed this a lot--got heart rate up and some good muscle soreness but did not feel too winded or uncomfortable. Loved the modifications offered to tailor this to exactly where you're at on any given day.

Just an appreciation post for this wonderful lady. Thanku so much for taking the time out of your day to help others like me. Im currently 36 weeks pregnant and have put on a shocking 30 kilos. Thanks to you i make an effort to move my self. Awesome lady hope you and bubz are well :)

I know this video is a few years old but thank you for this! I'm usually a crossfitter/weight lifter and I just haven't felt great in the gym (probably my competitive nature with myself) and last time I went and lifted I was in bed the whole next day with debilitating heartburn (I know, what? I guess it's a thing). This is great for me to feel like I'm still doing something without overdoing it! Thank you so so much!

One of my fave prenatal workouts at the moment. 37 weeks and still doing it. If you push a bit too hard with this one it leaves your butt sore lol.

current 21 weeks, did this work out last night and it kicked my butt. I'm feeling sore and I'm loving this video since this workout is easy to do.

Hi Amy I'm pregnant and past my three months it's been really really hard in n out of hospital I had a eating disorder and I was getting a lot of anxiety about everything what I eat what do i do but this morning something clicked and I'm fed up of feeling lost the only way o can do this is taking control n ypure video has boost up my confidence and I'm not so alone you are very pretty and congrats you will be a amazing mother but again thank you for the video you might have saved a women from still having a eating disorder a baby and a lot of trios Tom.the hospital.thabk you God bless n keep up the good work I now know I'm.not so alone thank you thank you xxxoo

Ahh finally have energy and not sick 17 weeks here and already out of shape and out of routine!! I've gone on a few walks but needed more! 1st time on this work out today, wow hard!! I'm going to do this every other day for sure! Thank you!

Glad I started this . It was a challenge in some parts bc I’m in my 3rd trimester but I feel good after completing it . I feel much more accomplished doing this than walking .
