I stumbled upon your workouts and I’m really enjoying them so keep up the good work and I’ve written before if you can increase the amount of time I’m looking for a 45 minute workout. I can just do yours instead of having to always find another one halfway through my workout, thank you
Thank you so much for your feedback! You can combine two of my 20-minute or 30-minute workout videos and do them back-to-back for a longer session. My focus is mainly on teaching Zumba for beginners, so I try to keep most of my sessions to under 30 minutes. I hope you enjoy them and continue your fitness journey!❤
