I don't even know why I'm here. I'm Dutch myself! I was hoping there would be more comments. I'm more than happy to help anyone or tutor anyone. Goede video! Raar genoeg vind ik het heel leuk om te luisteren naar de gesprekken en antwoord te geven 😂
Johan Vlecken What is your native language? And, are you planning on staying in Belgium or are you there for a couple of days / weeks? I'd love to help you! If you have any questions or need anything translated just ask me 😄
Nikkii PJM thanks for the reply! My native language is Spanish, i'm studying here but is in english so i would love to improve my dutch to get intonatie society, so in my Free times i'm starting to practice, are you dutch? Is it too different the way to speek there?
Johan Vlecken I was born and raised in the Netherlands, but lived in Belgium for 2 years. The language is 99% the same, just a different accent. But since i lived there i can speak Belgium fluently (:
They r both Germanic. Wife is polish and Dutch so I have to learn both. Because of German background I can speak Dutch a lot easier. Polish is still easy but it’s Slavic so hearing her switch is pretty interesting.
this podcast is originally made for English learning and it is used for many languages ( you can find the same video for Russian, French etc.) And I think the original English text was translated by computer or smth because it was done word by word. 12:03 it says "add flour" but it was perceived by the computer as "add flower" so it was translated into Dutch in this way. So I doubt that the sentences are all correct or sound Dutch at all.
You really did a very good job. Fantastic system for learning a language. I am flabbergasted that you are doing this so consequently - compliments! Das ist einfach ganz hervorragend gemacht! Das System ist fantastisch entwickelt und der Wortschatz ist für mich als Anfängerin sehr gut gewählt. Wenn man es mehrmals anhört und nachspricht und dann auch liest, dann geht das Einprägen einfach! Kompliment an das Team! Ihr habt das sehr gut gemacht.
Hi, In this video 19:00 question translation is wrong. Groeten of fruit eten should be - vegetables or fruits. Instead in the video it has been translated like bread or fruits.
I got the gist of each situation and got most of the questions right but I'm still not understanding every word. Even though this is extremely slow Dutch it still sounds so fast to me.
Hey I really love Dutch and the Netherlands so much. My dream is to live there some day. Is that possible? What does it take to have residency. I’d appreciate if anyone can help.
Check out “Not Just Bikes” RU-vid channel about biking in The Netherlands. Super informative in terms of cycling in the country, but also a pinpoint, telling you how they are living in a safe and modern environment as a complete country :)
This might work for a Advanced Beginner,,but is nearly incomprehensible to an Absolute Beginner. I speak and understand 3 languages. Here, I understood 'book about autos''. Then I stopped watching because it can be too discouraging.
