I remember when these came out Brownells was even telling people to only load them to like 23 rounds. Normally I'd say that sucks but considering these are a replica of a prototype magazine, I guess it makes sense
If you’re going to use the charging handle, you have to slingshot it we are trained to lock the bolt back with the bolt catch insert the magazine and then smack the bolt catch to put the rifle in battery, the actions not meant to be creeped forward
Interesting, I guess Brownells' QC is inconsistent. I'm currently at around 350 rounds through the both of mine without any issues. I'm not sure how good the original mags were, but from what I could find Brownells made these from steel instead of aluminum and they use their 20rnd black follower. Maybe mine has a different follower? Also my mags have a slighty different finish from one another if that tells you anything about their QC for these.
I bought 4 from brownells they all shoot flawless the 25rds magazune i bought 3 waffle also cause i thought they might be out do to limited run production only .. all shoot goods
