I have no idea why I’m listening to cryptid horror stories when I’m fixing to move to a remote wooded property, but I’m enjoying it. Probably won’t in a couple weeks lol.
I love these stories. Sleep with them and wake up in the middle of the night and sorta get spooked when I hear it but still fall asleep again cause its my comfort
I listen to a lot of your story’s and I am blown away. I hunt in central and north Florida most of my life. My Grandad taught me how to hunt. I have never seen a dog-man, but I did have a face to face with a Bigfoot. I was going on seven at my Grandad camp at Big Ben swamp in Florida. That was very scary for me, I was glad that my Grandad had my back. But any how, keep on keeping on and I will keep on listening.
LOVE comments like these! Thank you for sharing!! ... I am blown away by these also. (Tho I haven't seen anything myself ever. But then again I live in a city :).)
That first one from Mississippi hit home. I've lived in Mississippi my whole life, so has my dad. He always told us a story of when he and his friend were walking down a street one night and they heard some scratching and pinging on the bridge they had just walked over and when they turned around to look, they saw what he described as a large dog looking thing on it's hind legs. probably about 8 feet tall. The climbed up and ran across the bridge. He is not the kind of person who believes in cryptids or paranormal AT ALL, and neither am I. But I do believe that, because he saw it himself.
Cryptid and supernatural stories are my favorites. "Bigfoot stole my key"? Hilarious. The stories where the evil lurking presence is definitely another human being are the really horrifying ones.
Thank you for helping me sleep at night Swamp. You are the best! I can’t sleep without noise so listening to these videos help a lot. Plus I find it calming to listen to scary stories.
@@03eleverything12 definitely not alone. Swamp and Mortis are my go-tos and I'm seriously out in seconds. There's something about them that just.. knocks me out. So relaxing xD
So the marine, a tough guy as he so helpfully reminded us a couple times, studied cryptids for years, but took guns with him to hunt a wendigo. The flask of gasoline seemed to be a forgotten add on at the end to explain how he escaped from the creature who clearly had the upper hand. If it’s true, that guy is dumb as hell and lucky to be alive!
Someone finally got to live out their fantasy of being a super cool bad ass marine . I greatly enjoy this channel, that being said some of these stories are hilarious
Mannn I LOVE these stories. Cryptids have fascinated me since I was a kid. I’ve never seen any up close but I’ve heard sounds like bigfoots calls from deep in the woods and one night even heard this absolutely horrific wailing screaming howl. Like a man screaming mixed with the howl of a large wolf in pain. It was awful and unnatural but so sad all at once. And when I heard it everything in the area had gone dead silent minutes before. It actually went all quiet for about a month straight around 2-4am every single night and then it stopped happening after the howling noise happened. The curious part of me would love to see these things with my eyeballs close enough to make em out fully but then my lizard brain is like yeah no, I choose life. Who knows, maybe what I heard was an...OVERSIZED DOG!! Haaaaaaa!
Lol who knows it could happen. The one with the dude hunting the skinwalker seemed made up though..Shot a pack of wolves one by one.. Hunted it?! LMAO oookaaay sure
Nice. I'm listening with a power tool in my hands. Usually I have my cats nearby. My usual plan is to throw the cat claws first then attack. Provided I can catch the cat anyway. But today I'll just carve stuff into it with my new Dremel. Found one of the cats. Over my kitchen cupboards. Dremel it is.
Happy BLESSED NEW YEAR SWAMP , MAY WE BRING IN OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST AND ALWAYS REMEMBER WHAT HE HAS DONE FOR US ON THE CROSS. CARRY HIM IN OUR HEARTS, SOULS AND MINDS AND LOVE HIM FOREVER..

I live about 1 1/2hrs from Wichita, Ks. There have been strange sightings of all kinds of things north west of there for years! Its just plain creepy anytime in the country at night!! You always feel watched.
I'm doing my happy dance another 3-hour video yayayayaha thank you so much Big big fan been listening for a long time listen to you every night of everyday HAPPY NEW YEAR
No kidding. I have a REALLY large Pitbull mix, he is bigger than pit-bull terriers because he's got lab or retriever mix, so he TOWERS over pitbulls....he is close to 78 lbs, the vet said he's the heaviest he's seen even for a pit mix. Most pitbulls way 60 lbs at MOST. 145 lbs? That's what LARGE St Bernards weigh.
I live in the deep woods of Wisconsin, only when alone at night I'll see lights in the woods, they follow me and when I turn around and walk or even run to try and find them the get farther away faster than I can cover ground to get to them. It's the only thing that has creeped me out in the woods. And before I see them I get this feeling of being watched. Any ideas?
@@racerx009 Hey Racer X!! Thanks so much !! Nice to see ya on here. I have been slacking with my comments since Christmas Eve lol. Been so busy with the holiday season but here we are yet ANOTHER NEW YEAR, Dear God I hope it's better than 2019. Happy New year to you too my friend! 🎉🎉
Seems like Cryptid encounters are becoming more of a commonality in the last decade, makes me wonder if there's something big about to happen or if there's something more powerful behind the beings.
Could be more people are reporting what they've seen on the internet since it can be anonymous. Otherwise they might have just kept it to themselves in order to protect themselves from redicule.
SD, love the Swamp Santa ! Poor creature had to enter the D.C swamp and deliver a shitload of coal. Hope your Christmas was as great as the stories you read us, you deserve it ! Happy New Year. ✌👣👣👣👹👀💩👣👣👣👣👣👣👣👣🍻
For a marine he was sorely illprepared ... Why didn't he have any night vision goggles or thermals?!? He already admitted that he knew he may have to hunt the windego at night
So there are "real flesh" cryptids that are able to get hurt with "normal bullets" and then some creatures that are only able to feel pain by silver bullets?
I asked you to differentiate between human scary stories and cryptid or paranormal stories. It seems you do say when it’s cryptid. So ty! Love love love your cryptid and other paranormal stories. Fortunately you have a lot to offer. So glad I subscribed!! Thanks swamp dweller!!
Kari GP are super intelligent! Love them! They’re very territorial and protective as well. Especially over the children. We had a pair of litter mates, one female and one boy. Ofc they had their own individual names but I had a nickname that included them both as a pair/unit and they were smart enough to know that was meant for both of them. The Who family started referring to them as that. They stayed close buddies and did their watching and protecting as a team. Unbelievable how intelligent they are.
randy beard look an animal knows it’s hungry and goes out to find some thing to eat. We go out into their territory and hunt them so you say if they hunt for dinner they deserve to get ripped apart?youre kinda nuts to think that really. It’s truly so out there that I’m glad not many people think like that
I have to halfway agree with you although I believe that if you are going to be out in nature hunting the animal which I support I am a hunter myself but I also believe that if you can be out there hunting them for sport or food if they're hungry enough they're going to attack you and that's just nature that's the way it is it doesn't necessarily mean they deserve to be torn apart it's Dog eat dog the aspect of man vs nature is one of the things that makes hunting such a thrilling way of life but i believe just as we as people have the right to protect ourselves and our property animals do to altho when they attack children or unarmed civilians they deserve to be annihilated no questions asked that's how i feel about it anyway do you hunt by chance?
