I think mage 1v1 can sometimes be easier if signature is almost filled before the fight, especially for the no-hit challenges. Just fight random enemies, and when it's almost filled, just run straight to the mage to start the fight.
One fun but potentially dangerous idea to roll a die every time you choose a ability, relic or item from shop. Even for curses and stuff. Basically you could name the episode: leap of faith
It’s been too long since I played the first game so I don’t think I can really speak on this. My guess is that it plays somewhat similarly to the first from what I can remember.
Nice run man. Now that you've beaten the game on max difficulty, seems like there's not much more to do. The only thing I'd like to see is you using different starting relics (while I know the Berser King Sandwich is OP, it would have been cool to see you use the earth damage relic on the "earth boss build" episode, for example)
Sick boss melt, WP. I for one prefer you to play stuff that synergizes and that you enjoy playing. Last vid you sounded like it was a pain to play, whereas this one seemed like a fun run. Btw, Spectral Trinket did proc correctly last run, but you didn't notice and kept dodging the spinnies so you got next to no healing, and then just died immediately after.
