Let the man change it up if he wants; you'll live. Speaking of which, Middi, maybe you should start lobby dodging or "rage" quit if you get family house again. That might change the probably in the AI one way or another because 80% feels like you haven't payed for the full game.
It absolute does more than that. Strength increases how fast you win the encounters. I assume you watched Artik's video, he unfortunately got the wrong idea about strength/grappling.
I don’t understand how they thought when u win the close encounter the perk activates while ur still in the animation instead of activating when the animation is done🤦🏽♂️
jeeesssuuusss bruning hp in the 3rd game, they really need to fix it so hp pots either drop to the ground or they return to their spawn location when dropped, aswell as if you cant uti9lize half of the healing from the potion, then you cant use it yet
strength does not help you win close encounters faster or better, only amps up the stun duration! more toughness would help you 100x more then strength. been tested and confirmed by the devs.
Perk activates the second you win close encounter but you are still stuck in animation for few seconds, vulnerable for insta kill if another family shows up lol
I survived by watching you play and learning from you! As well as, playing loads of killer! Now, when I'm a killer and I find a survivor. I find myself yelling through my teeth.. " GET OVER HERE "
25:43 you could've used the fuse instead of the health potion, because fuse and valve don't disappear and then switch the fuse with the health from the floor to save the health
14:30 I played TCM for about 5 hours this morning and was on Family house EVERY SINGLE GAME apart from TWO. They were on slaughter. Not a single game on Nancys house (my fave). I dont think i even got more than one escape every family house game either. It has 100% veen increased in chances to get it and its driving me bloody mad as someone that only really plays victim 🤷🏻♀️ 17:25 I use my mic every single game telling everyone exactly what im doing/planning/have done and its disheartening having no one do it for me/reply to me/SAY THANKS/say ANYTHING. Im a connie main too so communicating is so essential and important as I'm basically the one with the keys... 🥺 more people like this guy + me please 🤣 lastly, you are a FIEND with the health. no wonder i can never find heals you pick them up for shits and giggles when you dont even need it lmfao
Hey middi, I figured out that strength doesn't make you win quicker in a close encounter, it just increases stun time. So u don't need high strength on Julie to win a close encounter.
Im pretty sure strength does matter atleast a tiny bit, because if you use Ana base strength at 30 with the grappler perk it takes longer to win than Leland with 40 strength and the grappler perk. I’ve tested this, with both characters at 40 toughness.
@OpiumHarvester I've tested Julie with 15 strength and Leland with 50 strength, I didn't see a difference. I personally rock empowered on both of them now.
28:19 I always thought it would be cool if they added a victim that could craft items. I noticed that there are a lot of cupboards and cabinets in this game. Maybe the victim can search through them and gather certain materials in order to make their own healing ointment, lockpick, or a shank of some kind. Maybe they could even craft a makeshift fuse or valve handle.
Love the quality of content in your builds. Lots of builds I see someone show their perks and the gameplay barely or doesn't at all show the perks in action and you always get good use out of them and give us several games. Keep it up m8
You really want to leave the past behind first no evil dead and now not even the WHAT IS GOING ON YOU LOT really sad i had some good memories with these evil dead videos .i guess i just have to move on
You mentioned wishing you can drop an item and I bet the next victim will be able to do something like that. They’ll probably have the ability to throw one of their held items to make a noise ping to distract the family and/or(most likely and) get a brief stun on them if the victim lands a direct hit. Then as the victim levels up they can have things like increased distance, longer stun, etc.
For me it's slaughter house. I might get a new map every 3rd game. It's brutal since I play Bubba. Just gets exhausting after a while covering slaughter.
Whenever I play Danny, I just get looped by leather face and some other family member. They just let the others escape while they just chase me the whole game 💀
I wish that they would just put the maps as a whole on like a 5 to 10 minute counter so the maps would constantly be flowing, and you'll never get the same map over and over again
strength doesnt affect whetwr you win a close enounter, it affects how long they are stunned for. if you want to win more add toughness as health defines if you win more than anything else
Oh really?? I actually been hearing people saying this more and more lately - I lose them full health when gramps aint level 1 sometimes too so no perk to make family more likely to win etc and wonder wth went wrong haha! guess they just better, clear skill issue on my part @@OkMiddi
By the way! Your chance to win close encounters is also based on your current hp. NOT your current hp%. So having toughness actually affects your chance to win encounters the same amount that strength does 🙃🙃🙃 I hope they fix this, but currently 30 strength is all you're ever gonna want.
Hmm see you say that but i was julie with no points into toughness and still win my close encounters easy, the same can be said about danny. he feels like his natural hp base is high yet he has the worst winrate for close encounters
I am not saying strength has no effect, by all means. Strength is A STAT. But considering it doesn't do half of what the description says (like opening crawl spaces faster), it's pretty much ONLY a fighting modifier. Yet with 50 toughness on literally any character, like danny, you will win when 30%+ hp. This is of course subjective to me, as maybe I spam to different degrees on the F-button, or whatever have you. But in my experience, the best stat for fighting and winning consistently is toughness.@@OkMiddi
other fun fact! Stun duration is unaffected by strength. Tested this in custom game and there was literally no difference from 15 str connie compared to a 50 str leland. Again, unfortunately str doesn't do half of what the description details. Strength basically only: Affects time to kick gen and modifies chance of winning encounter@@OkMiddi Also noteworthy: I tested this with 2 recordings of each for control, and there was a error margin of 3 frames(recording 60fps)... so barely one 20th of a second in difference between 15 and 50 strength. Counted the frames in Davinci resolve haha
@@OkMiddi I played with Danny without increasing his strength and won a close encounter in around 3 seconds with full health, when I played with Leland with 45 strength, I won a close encounter, with full heath, around 3 seconds just like with Danny, so... Idk, I guess strength only affects the stun effect
Fun fact: strength does not affect you winning a fight it only affected stun time after winning. But, toughness does. If affects how much health you have and not what percentage of health it is.
I'm not sure if it's possible with Julie's skill tree, but there's another speed perk that gives you a boost every time you alert a chicken or make a bone trap go off. I believe it's a 10% speed boost for 15 seconds at level 3.
