Thank you for the Crytid upload! There is much to learn about these Creatures from listening to these encounters. I do not need to see one to believe these "Creatures exist!" There are toooooo many People sharing encounters with these things. Then there are the ones that have Bioenginered by the Government! Creatures that should not! Have been created. I'm dumb lol, I hadn't listened to the whole thing when I read your comment. I read teller and assumed it took place at a bank not realizing you meant teller as a simple way of saying the person that submitted the story to the channel to be narrated. So I made a mental note to listen out for the story and had it in my head that someone went to a small local bank that their cousin worked at and saw the goatman just casually turn around and walk out. The cousin that worked there, a bit freaked out, had security review the cctv footage only to realize it was there for 2 hours standing in the corner behind a pamphlet rack/stand as if debating on whether or not to ask for a loan.

I think that was the point - and the reason why the beast sniffed him and then left. it could smell he was a similar thing and decided it's not worth the fight. and why the story puts such spotlight on the fact that this reaction was weird and the narrator could not understand WHY the beast just left.

The guy who saw a werewolf and all those dead sheep was totally a werewolf too, right? that's why the beast sniffed him and then actually left, it recognized it was a beast too and decided it was not worth the fight. No wonder the dude had no idea why it reacted like that. also all that territorial feels, good smell/hearing and the need to hunt when he sees small game.

That homeless man wasn’t a skin-walker, And that both the man and the girl could have been a werewolf or some beast equivalent. Since skin-walkers don’t have such fur or hair to them and a skin walker would actively try to lure people away from the groups. @@joshwright8255 do you mean wendigo from Alpha Flight? Well either way the X-men. Assuming Wolverine is there, he hunted Wendigo before and won. The Wendigo in its form as a spirit creature with a rotting deer headed form that infects others with the desire to eat eachother, that kind of creature could wipe all except him out. But the Xmen are an entire team with members that are far more powerful and as long as it can be hurt it would lose. Storm, Cyclops and Jean Grey are enough to decimate or drive it off, beast would be nimble and strong enough to keep it busy while others struck it, colossus as well could go toe to toe with it. If it is a spirit creature then Jean or Professor X would be necessary to shut down the cannibalistic desires it could entrance others with or to use attacks capable of harming an entity without a corporeal form. That would be the most difficult type to fight. But assuming it's the Marvel Wendigo it wouldnt require alot of effort to drop it.

I'm sorry, but the story being told at 49:31 lost all validity when I heard _"2 of My cousins, Brian and Mario, out of the six are in the room playing Forza Horizon 4 on the Playstation 4"_ Any gamer could tell you that the Forza franchise has been an Xbox exclusive since it's inception back in the 2000's. In all seriousness it's not that bad of a story, I just thought that detail was hysterical since I tune in and out while playing games and listening to these stories.

This really helped with my anxiety tonight, oddly enough I know. I actually don't think I am alone with that. Anyways I am going to start trying to do more than like and going to try to start to trying to level some kind of generic comment to help with engagement. @@tamlandipper29 yeah, sometimes at night my mind likes to not turn off like it's supposed to. This helps as almost white noise in a way I guess? His voice helps keep my own voice in my head from driving me crazy. Even though it's "scary" content, to me it's soothing.

Yeah I noticed a few... anomalies, as well. I think some of the original authors had minor errors in their writing that weren’t resolved. After all, many of these kinds of stories are from Reddit or other similar web sources, where there’s no authority to squint over written pieces.

@@skaiyathunderhawk1523 yes I am aware of the condition. but I think the witness was just telling it as they thought they saw it. they may not realize that bird knees and animal knees are high up. what they usually think as a backward knee is actually the ankle. I have heard lots of people think that animals have backward knees. but I take them aside and show them "Hey, they don't got backward-facing knees, that's their ankles.". part anatomy lesson, part scared straight program. but I see what you mean. now when I hear of some south American cryptids with backward-facing knees, I think yeah, they really have some wonky legs. complete with backward-facing feet. like with Cuipira.

I visited brazil when I was younger, since I have family and friends there. And obviously we visited the rainforest too. Despite our destination being a tourist spot we barely saw other ppl, only one more couple, and we also never reached that destination despite following the path and the signs. We had to give up when it got dark and had to walk back through the forest in the dark and the fireflies almost lured us off the path. I seemed to have been the only one among us 4 (3 adults + me barely 12 at that time) who heard ppl talking from the direction of the fireflies too
