Very helpful! Not everybody tells people that they can use discount cards even if they have a drug plan. I have a drug plan, but one of my medicines is on tier 3 and costs more than I want to pay. I asked my Pharmacy not to turn that prescription into my drug plan. They checked 3 different discount cards to see which would be the best price. I use the discount every month in addition to my drug plan for drugs on tiers 1 and 2 prescriptions .

Do you know if they took out extra, around 50 a month for Medicare because my income was to high but then my income dropped but they still took it out for the year. When they see my income had dropped will the 50 per month for that year be refunded?
@@immasher2139 He was describing a Medicare Supplement premium. That's the monthly premium if you choose to be on Original Medicare and purchase a supplement plan that covers what Medicare doesn't.
