Oh, please, it was dumb and dumber. 😂 Mr Goreski, as sexy as he is with his open shirt 😝, can't capture the concept of complex thinking, paralels and metaphores, though operates well and fast with simple word associations (such as "barks" -> "dog"), therefore is quite good in the final round. However it has to be only in the company of someone who has some knowledge and can think outside of the box of simple associations (yet may not be as fast or focused). The black lady I mercifully won't comment on, let me just say she made me laugh with her "supremacist" answer. 😂
Totally agree! Those actual rules are stupid. One time the answer was "Valentine's day" and "holiday" as a clue was ruled out. Even though it's a different word. I wonder if they buzz out "the" when used as a clue to answers such as "thermometer".
