+luke locascio the new stock Ktm 250's are putting out around 43 hp, considering he's running a class that bike likely has modifications that will boost the amount of power output.

I bet the new 2016 ktms are making 46 hp but there 250sx is making 50hp for 2016

And for any person to go faster normally means they have to hold the gas on more somewhere on a track its a simple formula.

+Wyatt Garrison 4t have more traction plus more weight 2 strokes have lots of power to make up traction plus lighter plus best power to weight ratio and sure hp dont win races its the rider but if a 4t rider cant beat a 250cc 2 stroke you might aswel quit while your behind lol
