Nice explanation sir. Sir I have a question. When the system run with 50% load, then 500gpm water will circulate in the cycle, but total system is 1000gpm; then rest 500gpm water where will stay and why they will be not circulate, who will control them? Please answer sir.

Sir last one I m quite confuse actually. 250 gpm water is coming from where ?? Once the 2nd ahu wich is off but the valve is open that one

Sir, Is there any motorised valve in de-coupler line which opens and closes as the flow requirement increases or decreases.

Yes there is a motorised actuator which open and close the valve according to DPT , which gives the output on basis of 0-10 volts dc. And on this volts the valve modulates.

Not😊 required Motorized valve in Primary - Secondary Decoupler network, Flow meter can be added .( motorized valve is added for variable Primary pump circuit)

Sir,agar plant chal rha h us case me kya bypass line open hota h....agar hota h toh kya hot and cold water mix hota h...agar band karna h valve toh phir bypass dena ka kya matlab h??

Usse manual handling nahi karte. Its total automatic control on basis of DPT . And by pass line has a motorised valve.
