Celebrating almost 25 years of the world’s most progressive blueprint for advancing the rights of women and girls, ESCAP, UN Women and our partners in Asia and the Pacific look back at the achievements of the 1995 Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action.
The Asia-Pacific Ministerial Conference on Beijing+25 Review in Bangkok, Thailand, focuses on addressing the challenges that remain to making equality a reality for women and girls everywhere.
