Your designs are always great and practical. Kudos to you and your team. It would be great if you could consider desiging plan for 35x45 feet plot with vastu and laws. Plot has Roads on 2 sides 35 (North 30 feet main road) x 45 (West 25 feet side road). In South and East other properties are there. GF:= 2 bedroom + Attached LB, 1 kitchen, Drawing room, Living and dining room, Common LB, Car parking 1st Floor:= 3 bedroom + attached LB, living area, Common LB, 1 kitchen. Roof to be designed to accommodate Solar Panels and green area. 🙂
