Moshe Holtzberg who lost his parents in the 26/11 attack has landed in Mumbai after 9 years. He visited Chabad house in Mumbai where his parents were killed by the terrorists. He also scheduled to attend a ceremony with Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu on 18th Jan 2018.
