My mom was a florist for 70 years. My favorite thing was to go get real greenery in the forest and then make wreaths with her and that’s how she taught me was to layer. We did not use a wire form like that but I just love that look

Stacked glass bowl snowman is brilliant! I absolutely love lights so I would add probably a battery powered light and/or fairy lights inside the large bottom base bowl! That should light up entire snowman nicely!

Try soaking your twine and winding it around a stick until dry. The weight of your snowflakes will do a lot of straightening but still leave some pretty curves which will add movement to your creation.

I ran into the same problem with the snow globe. Glitter is a WAY better solution than using the snow in my opinion, it just falls nicer and doesn’t puddle at the top. Also, haven’t tried this yet but using baby oil instead of water- I’ve heard it’s great! Will have to try this year 😊 Love your ideas!

We use to add glycerin to the water to increase its viscosity and slow the fall of the snow. White glitter with star forms is beautiful!

I really liked bead ornaments. (#13) When you added the bow and showed them, they made me think of a dragonfly. If you had put a round bead above the bow I think they would be adorable. As always, loved your video.

On the dollar tree, xmas trees flatten branches to one side, then put the flats sides together, using zip ties to hold them together then use duct tape on the bottom stem, leaving enough of the stem to fit in the holder

If you had painted the Halloween banner with spray black paint & primer, let it dry you than could have painted the front with the white paint & it wouldn't have shown through. The trees are really pretty. I save klenex boxes the square ones would be good for these. (Just a side note A bit of history. The loop that you used on the shower rings is called a Larkshead knot. It's an old sailors knot. Easy to tie and untie. Sailing ships had to enter and leave harbors with the tieds so they needed a knot that was easy to tie and untie as the tide came in and went out. Sometimes the ship would ankor outside the bay and deliver goods and passengers via row boas. The knots had to be able to tie and untie quickly for convince. Also what we now call macrame was the knots the fishermen used to make thier nets.) The bead ornaments are sweet. I'd make a few of them to fill in any empty spots on my tree. I think some with tassels would blend in nicely too ! I'd add some red berries to the snowflake. They would look really nice. I've seen other creaters make these stands themselves. Now Dollar Trees have come out with them already made with the candel or holder already made. How much easier is that !!
